Braum's review: Food order incorrect

I went to the drive through today at 7:45am for a breakfast order. Unfortunately, it was wrong. I try my best not to patronize this Braum's located at 4020 N Pennsylvania, due to unprofessionalism and in accuracy of orders. My order this morning was for a sausage bagel, vanilla latte, and a large order of hash-browns. I received the opposite. Bagel yes, large hash-browns no, vanilla latte cold and half full that's the funny part it looked as if someone took some sips before handing over. The limited times there, the workers portray an image of not wanting to be their. The worker today who wore his Sponge Bob Hoodie clearly showed how he was feeling. In addition to that, the atmosphere feels more contaminated than the local Walmart. I am also aware if staff is treated fairly with comparable wedges they will have a desire to preform better.
