I order #1 cheeseburger and a double scoop ice cream with the long haired boy. It took several tries to get him to understand that I wanted the ice cream in a cone not in a cup. Then I would get the ice cream when I was ready to drive away in my car. It was about 1 week before Christmas. I was still talking to people when I was called to the counter to get mushy, melted ice cream. It was in a cup, and cone! It was so soft that it would have taken an hour for ice cream to have melted that much at home. These 2 employees took advantage of me! Why do they
think can give such horrible customer service? When I told the older employee there that I wanted to get the ice cream when I left, she did not make it right.
