Dear Boston Market Customer Service,
I am writing to bring a quality issue to your attention regarding one of your Salisbury Steak dinner meals I recently purchased.
My son was looking forward to having it for dinner, so we prepared it exactly as instructed — cooking for five minutes before flipping the patty. However, when we went to flip the patty, we discovered there was no Salisbury Steak patty in the meal at all. The tray only contained macaroni and cheese.
This was very disappointing, especially for my son who had specifically chosen this meal. I understand that mistakes can happen in manufacturing, but I wanted to make you aware so it can be addressed.
