The reservation was made Feb 4, 2026 for an overnight stay on Feb 14-15, 2026
They are forcing me to pay a Security deposit amounting to 1500Php week before the check-in period
the Address in the booking was owned by another company but they were claiming its theirs, but I reached out with the real owner of the address and they confirmed that it belongs to them (RL veranda suites)
they Failed to provide me other information to verify it legitimacy
the owner prohibited my friends living near the place to check the said accommodation. please help me get a full refund and block this kind of fake listing that could damage your company's reputation.

Claimed loss: currently paid 2,249.86Php for a reservation that is non-refundableI am losing time and options for a place to stay on Feb 14-15, 2026

Desired outcome: Full refund for me and blocking of this fake listing posts in your website

Ms. Mariel of booking.com customer service assisted me, it was resolved and was handled professionally. They assured me that cancellation will be no cost on my part and then gave me another accommodation option something I may consider.
