Did a package deal through booking.com and will see if I get my refund. When we got to Vegas the car I paid for was not available from Hertz and their customer service was really bad. They said my problem was with booking.com not them and I could wait a couple of hours for the car I paid for or take what they had. The hotel room was not Garden View it was the 21 floor, light bulbs in room missing and very loud pluming equipment. Each group car and hotel demanded and additional "security deposit" each of $200 for hotel and $300 for car. Booking.com said I needed to take up the issues with the vendors not them and the venders said you booked a package you need to take it up with Booking.com. If I wanted to make any changes to my reservation, I was expected to pay for those changes yet the venders they use could change my reservation without notice or compensation. I called and spoke with a customer service representative at Booking.com and after my insistence it was their issue with the vendors not mine because my contract was with them not each individual vender, they reluctantly filed a complaint. I am expected to wait up to 10 days for a response because no one answers the customer service lines at hertz which makes me wonder how they made my booking for the car in the first place. The hotel said take it up with booking.com also as you get what they have not what you paid for in advance.
