I am quitting booking.com after over 10 years and genius level 3, with at least 5-7 trips a year, if not more.

It's as simple as this: this company takes no responsibility for an uninhabitable listing. They lift their hands, AI stonewall, and then claim policy is that unless the host agrees, you lose your money.

I have been stranded with a baby.

Over the years, they have been giving less and less value. Looks like EXPEDIA is the way.

Recommendation: Everything is good till there's a problem, then you're on your own.
