We purchased a couch for $3500. The couch was delivered and damaged. We had someone come out 3 times for replacement but continue to get damaged items. On this last instance, the delivery men brought in one wrong item and one broken recliner. They tried to rush out before we could check it. I realized the items were broken and wrong so I walked outside to tell them. The delivery men began to yell racial slurs and were aggregated to the point where they would not respond to anything I said. I told them to bring the old items back in the house. They pretended as if they were going to take a chair out but then jumped in the truck and sped away. I want a replacement and full refund
