The waitress was rude and gave us poor service. Did not bring us our food out right away. It wasn't hot at all. My husbands pancakes had a mushroom in it. My eggs were fried not runny like I asked for. The hash browns were not cooked all the way. The pig kid breakfast was ordered and did not look anything like the picture at all. We will not be going back to this location.
too cold 🥶 in restaurant
My two children and I went to Bob Evans for the second time at this location, and I asked them to turn the air down, and their reply was "the kitchen employees would be very uncomfortable if she were to do that!" Whenever I was younger I too worked in the kitchen of a restaurant. Call me (old fashion, ) but I always thought that the customer came first. The manager was sarcastically polite to the point she started to be downright hateful. Needless to say "I will never go back there!" In addition, I seen two other people with coats on, and my two children had jackets on as I did also. This was in northern Indiana, and well into September! I asked her what the thermostat was set on and she told me "70 degrees." If she had only compromised and turned it up 3 degrees; then I may have returned and somewhat enjoyed my food. The manager was very cross with me after I complained about being so 🥶. She told me that "corporate wouldn't let her turn the temperature up past 70. Well, if that was the case I would have just turned the air conditioner off until the temperature rose a comfortable level for customers. I am very disappointed 😔.

I ordered take out which should have been pretty easy. It was very clear that this Bob Evan's needs a lot of training. The girl who answered the phone had no idea what she was doing. She couldn't take a simple salad order. I told her to just forget it. I picked up the rest of my order. I was talking to the Manager about it.She was very interested and unprofessional. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I was trying to get my Dad something to eat after picking him up from the Hospital.

I came in a few nights ago to enjoy a family dinner with my kids. This particular night the manager Alex was in some kind of mood. He was snapping at any and everybody. Talking very loud and rudely. A lot of profanity, that he didnt even seem to care that there were kids present. I am completely dissatisfied with his behaviour, especially in front of the kids. I will no longer be back there on the days he works . When/if I happen to come back and hes working I will NOT stay! With the attitude he has, im not understanding how he became a manager in the first place. The way he was talking to the staff if things werent getting done i guess fast enough, just degrading them basically. It was absolutely absurd. Highly dissatisfied with that night..

We were at the Eaton, Ohio Bob Evans and arrived at 1:00. We were seated promptly and were not served for a half hour. This prompted us to get up and leave. Multiple servers walked past us and did not even greet us or as for a drink order. When leaving we were not asked why we were leaving or if anything could be done to solve the issue. I can come in to Bob Evans for 40 years I came to Bob Evans on Hamilton Road Groveport store everyday I use my Wi-Fi did you join my cup of coffee toast eggs and a good breakfast the manager and team is great but there is a problem maybe you had a new phone systems and no Wi-Fi that means I have to go to Frisch's in the morning just to use Wi-Fi so that's why I'm not stopping at Bob Evans now I guess you don't need Wi-Fi for your guest but you do have advertise Wi-Fi free Wi-Fi so I came in again this week to check to see if you had Wi-Fi cuz a manager has been trying to get the Wi-Fi fixed I've even heard him on the phone thank you can't get to Wi-Fi fixed it just seems to me Bob Bob Evans don't care about our Wi-Fi just their computers and that money don't care about the customers enjoyment of the premises thank you Jerry Aaliyah did you get Richard

On June 18, 2019 we held a fund raiser at the Bob Evans in Camby, IN. Asof this date we have not received a check or reason for not receivng a check. I have spoken to one of the managers, Heather, and in our last conversation about 2 weeks ago she said it might have to be re issued. Heather has offered to allow us to have one fund raiser each month, however our Board met this past Tuesday and decide to wait to see if we receive the funds from our last fundraiser. Heather was busy this morning although I had asked to speak to her about this again. Can you please advise how much the fund raiser produced and when we might receive the check?

My husband and I went to your restaurant last evening to get the turkey dinners that were advertised on tv for $7.99. Our server had no knowledge about this offer and gave us the senior version of the meal which is $7.99 and has no sides. The. Dinners that were on sale had 2 sides. Our turkey was cold and dry. We had not been to this restaurant for over a year because of bad service. We thought we would give it another chance and now we are sorry we did.

I ordered the everything breakfast with no onions it was ok the fridge biscuit was barrier instead of set on the side which I did not like, then I ordered one to go with no tomatoes and when I got it to the person it was for there was no onions I specifically said everything in that one except tomatoes. He was a little upset considering he lives the onion in it.

Managers do not know how to talk to their employees here. All they do is point fingers and talk down to employees. Amy was very nice but the atmosphere in there and the tension between management and staff is horrific. Someone really needs to go in there and change some attitudes and maybe everyone would be happy again like they all once were when my wife and I first started coming in there.
