Ladies and Gentlemen
I have retained a lawyer to file a class action suit against Bluegreen Vacations / Resorts. Some of you have been in contact with me about this earlier but it is time for action. I met with the lawyer Jan. 16 2009 in Charlotte, NC and gave him the information along with the stories some of you sent me earlier.
According to the lawyer, we have a strong case and like most of you who were lied to and misled by their sales staff I want out and my money returned.

Those of you have sent information before, it has already been sent to the lawyer. I would still like you to send a phone number to me so I can keep you up to date.
The lawyer said he needed some up front money for fileing fees and so on. How much each of us will have to pay will be determined by haw many partisipate in the suit. The more the better. I think this is a fair request.

Just looking to take family on an affordable vacation.
I bought a timeshare with Blue Green 6 years ago at 57 I can say worst descion of my entire life.Every year we try to book a trip to Hawaii and told nothing available .This year we tried California how hard can that be nothing available we also tried Hawaii again for 2015 nothing was told try RCI which of course we take a hit on that as well .We want to go 10-14 days was told only 7 days. Was available for one room only everything else was booked and we were flexible months when we could go and still nothing.reading some guy was trying to say 129.00 is all you pay he of course doesn't own not only do I have to pay 197.50 per month vs otherwise I will be sued and destroy my credit I also have to pay 875.00 a year maintenance fee as well.. The 129.00 is another BS fee for discounts I got screwed on that the first two years not knowing.
Well...I discovered the deal with these Bluegreen cheerleaders.
Ever wondered why someone would come to a consumer complaints site and cheer on the bad guys, the rip off artists, scamsters, crooks and thieves (Bluegreen). I just didn't get it...until I did some research. These guys are paid "REPUTATION DEFENDERS". Companies pay these dirt bags to scour the internet and DEFEND thier practices.
Proof: Google the following words "reputation defense".

Why not just tell us the name of the lawyer, Ron? Direct contact is more reliable and relieves you of the administrative burden.
I beleive this is the same Ron Walker that has been writing me for weeks professign his love. He is unable to leave Africa because the govt won't give him his oney. He needs me to send some so that he can pay the attorney some upfront fees and come home for a life full of bliss and hapiness with me! Watch out for all Ron Walkers!

I was ready to give away my deed and forget the money I was defrauded of (so long as it wasn't re-sold to some other trusting fool).
The maintenance fees and club membership are more than the vacation is worth to me.
Please tell me more about all these hidden chardges !
all you pay are £129 club dues which by the way includes the cost of RCI membership

Your MF which all timeshare owners pay

I have the same problem with blue green resorts they lied to me about the time share and all these hidden fees that came up were never told to us they also said if we werent happy with it that we could sell it. please give me information about the class action civil suit I want in.
