i received a call from tawfeer sales member offering me a membership with cost of 1790 AED saying that with this membership they will provide me with discounted rates of hotels and holidays and flights and it's always cheaper than all other websites
after getting the membership and the payment, i asked them for hotel booking they offered me the same rate offered by the hotel, i informed them and asked for a better rate as they promised me at the end they told me no available rooms and i was checking with the hotel in the same time rooms available,
after that i asked to cancel the membership and return my money, but they are not answering my emails and whenever i call the call center they just say we will inform them they will call you, the no one calls
so they just got the money and that's it and you will not get any service
unethical and scam - stole money and not provided service
Tawfeer or Ehjez took money from many people and refused to pay back nor provide the service
they dont care about their reputation
we complained to their facebook page and was surprised to see how many others have complained and are unable to take their money back
They give no receipt as it is online and thus u cannot complaint to authorities as there is no proof of anything

scam company do not deal with tawfeer/duroob/doroob
On November 2017 Tawfeer company called me to provide me free nights in Hotels and they assured they are not scam and took 1, 590 dirhams
When I tried to avail the offer of free nights, the Tawfeer/Duroob company refused to give me the free nights and for months and months the are promising to give money back and not returning
Tawfeer/Ehjez/Duroob they are all same SCAM company
Dont deal with them
