Ordered sympathy flowers on to be sent to my aunt on 12/28/25 when her mom passed away. Florist did not provide next day delivery as promised and did not communicate delay. Next day I requested that they cancel my order, but they refused to and delivered anyway. Delivered dead flowers instead of what was ordered. Refused to cancel order when requested to cancel. Refused to give refund for unsatisfactory order. Poor customer service. Photos attached of what was received versus what was ordered.
