At this point, I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a flower arrangement with a balloon for a birthday. I got several emails the day they were to be delivered for information I had already provided. They even wanted me to send my email address to confirm (the same address in which they had been emailing all day). I called customer service and was 19th in line. When I got down to 10th (45 minutes later), the phone cut off. I requested a call back, which actually came promptly, just to be told there was a delay and the order would not be delivered until the next day. When I asked to cancel my order, they would not do it and said they would only refund $5. Now I wait to see if anything will actually be delivered. If my order is fulfilled and up to my expectations (flowers and balloon as pretty as the online picture), I will amend my review.

Recommendation: DO NOT use this company
