I had my tires replaced on 14 January 2026 and the tires are great but they said that one of my lug nuts was bad and the stud was ok. I thought no big deal and I ordered OEM lug nut and installed it once it arrived. I returned on 21 Aug 2026 to get my tires rotated and balanced. When I returned I was told I had a bad lug nut and stud on removal this time is was on drivers side rear wheel. I feel the stud was damaged when they did the work prior as no maintenance had been preformed since January and they damaged a lug nut and said the wheel lug stud was ok but if you would have looked at that nut it was really impossible so I feel the stud they showed me at the time wasn't the one the damage lug nut had occurred.

Claimed loss: I performed the work myself, so I only have $25.00 in parts.
