I recently had an experience with PremiumVials that I just had to share. My husband brought home a PDI Super Sani-Cloth Germicidal Disposable Wipes from work and we quickly ran out. I did some searching online and found that PremiumVials carried the same product. I was excited to find it and ordered 2 bottles right away.

When the package arrived, we opened it up and immediately noticed a strong smell of rubbing alcohol. The wipes themselves were flimsy and not at all like the sturdy ones my husband had brought home from work. I was disappointed and felt like we had been ripped off. It seemed like they had just filled the bottle with rubbing alcohol and provided some low-quality wipes to sell it at a high price.

I was really upset by this and felt like we had been taken advantage of. I don't think it's fair for companies to price gouge and sell fake products. I would strongly advise against buying from PremiumVials. Save your money and find a different supplier.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with PremiumVials. I was really excited to order three cases of wine bottles from them, but when my package arrived, only one case was delivered and the other two were damaged. I was pretty bummed out, but I figured I could just call them up and get the issue resolved.

I recently placed my first order with PremiumVials on 06/18/2017 and was excited to receive my shipment on 06/26/2017. However, I was disappointed to find that the black fine mist sprayers did not fit the 4oz. cobalt Blue Boston round glass bottles that I had ordered. I immediately reached out to their customer service for help, but to my dismay, I have yet to receive any assistance. I have sent multiple emails and filled out their online contact forms, but they have all been ignored. I even tried calling their customer service line, but it was a complete waste of time. They promised to resolve the issue, but nothing ever happened.

I am now left with no choice but to dispute this purchase with my bank. If PremiumVials does not provide a solution, I will be returning the entire shipment for a full refund. It's frustrating that these people barely speak English, which makes it difficult to communicate the problem to them. It seems like they don't understand when you're telling them that there's an issue.

I strongly advise others to go elsewhere for these types of products and save themselves the aggravation. PremiumVials has been a complete disappointment, and I regret placing my order with them.

And don't even bother tryin' to talk to their customer service reps, 'cause they're just plain rude and unhelpful. Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

They told us that the apparent "dust and hairs" we found upon opening the package were not contaminants and since it was after their 15 day return policy, there was nothing they could do for us.

Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed with the way that PremiumVials handled this situation. We would not recommend them to another manufacturer and we will not be ordering from them again. It's a shame because we had a good experience with them in the past, but this experience has left a bad taste in our mouths. We hope that they can improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

I mean, the thing looked like it had been run over by a truck or something. There were jars smashed to bits, the chalk marker and other accessories were broken, and even the lids on the intact jars were all scratched up. It was a mess.

I tried to explain that there were shards of glass everywhere and the box was so messed up that it wasn't safe to handle, let alone ship back. I even sent them pictures of the damage, but they still wouldn't budge. They said they couldn't replace it unless I sent it back.

I mean, come on. Who wants to sort through broken glass and try to package it up to ship back? And I'm pretty sure you're not even supposed to ship broken glass in the mail. It's just ridiculous.

They were rude and unhelpful, and I felt like they were treating me like I was some kind of lowlife. I mean, I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the years, and this is how they treat me?

To top it all off, they had sent me hundreds of the wrong bottles and sprays in the first place, and then acted like it was my problem to deal with. I had to ship everything back to them, and they didn't even offer an apology or expedited shipping or anything. It was a total nightmare dealing with them, and I can safely say I will NEVER order from PremiumVials again. If you're looking for a company that actually cares about their customers and doesn't treat them like garbage, look elsewhere. Trust me, you'll be much happier in the long run.

I placed my order back in October 2019, before anyone had even heard of Corona. And you know what? It took them 10 whole days to even print out a label and stick it on my package. Then they let it sit in their warehouse for another five days before it finally got picked up. When I finally got my vials, I was pretty disappointed. The bevel in the base of the vials was all over the place, and some of them had cosmetic deformities or were badly scratched.

But then, last week, I made the mistake of ordering two sets of Boston round bottom bottles for our upcoming coconut cleanser. I got 12 16oz round bottles with pumps and 12 8oz round bottles with pumps. They shipped the 8oz and 16oz separately, claiming they ran out of stock and couldn't ship from one warehouse. And you know what? They charged me $50 in shipping because of their stocking error! That's insane! They charged me $48 for shipping that should have cost $28 through UPS ground, with the same dimensions and weight. It's just another way for them to pad their pockets.

But wait, there's more! Two weeks later, one package finally arrived. It was supposed to be the 8oz bottles with pumps, but when I opened the box, I found a case of 100 1/2 oz bottles instead. Seriously? Did their staff get high and mix up the order? It sure seems like it. When I called to complain, Amanda (who sounded pretty miserable, to be honest) told me that stuff happens and I should just be grateful that they were willing to replace my order. What kind of customer service is that? And when I asked her to send it 2nd or 3rd day, she said she would rush it to me - but conveniently closed for the weekend so I couldn't call back when I realized she had screwed me over and sent it ground from a warehouse across the country.

Honestly, I don't think anyone owes PremiumVials or their greedy owners our business. They can't even supply substandard vials properly, and their staff seems to be strung out on drugs or day drinking. I thought I was dealing with an overseas fly-by-night company, not a supposedly reputable American one. You might as well order directly from China - you'd probably get better customer service.

They're selling a single container of 135 sanitizing wipes and 100 disposable gloves for $79.99, which they claim is marked down from $194. That's just crazy!
