I had solar put in by these guys
I had solar put in by these guys. When I tried to get it fixed, they didn't call me back. When they finally did, they didn't give me a straight answer and told me to call someone else. The other solar company I called didn't get why they couldn't help me. I called Matt again and he kept trying to sell me a water solar heater, even though I told him it wouldn't help much. We ended up installing it anyway, but my electric bill didn't go down. They seem to know about solar, but I'd recommend finding a better solar company.

Tropical Wholesale, Inc. did our roof and windows in 2009. They did a great job, very professional and polite. We're still happy with how everything has held up over the years. We've told some friends about them and they were happy too. Sometimes the little window locks break, but when I call Matt or the office, they always call back the same day. They either mail or bring the parts to our house for free, and they're always nice. Good customer service means they still care about you even if they're not making money anymore. We recommend Matt and Tropical Wholesale to other homeowners for their good service.

I hired Tropical Wholesale to switch out 8 windows and 1 sliding door pane on May 10
I hired Tropical Wholesale to switch out 8 windows and 1 sliding door pane on May 10. They started the work on September 22 and I gave them $7,000 as a deposit. They finished on September 30 and I paid the final amount of $6,809.10, which made the total payment $13,809.10. But, the sliding door pane was cloudy, so I called the local office and talked to Sierra *** to report it and get it replaced. I called many times and even called their mainland office (***, ***). I even talked to the owner Matthew Houar. But, they still haven't fixed it. *** said she sent the pane in mid-May, but I'm not sure if it's here in ***. Tropical Wholesale hasn't fixed it yet. The first claim number was cancelled by the mainland office because they said we didn't respond to their email (they had the wrong email). The second claim number is PG01638330.
