The Wasserstrom Company

I've been dealing with this company for years. I was happy until today. I ordered a reach in Fridge and paid extra for delivery. They used a local company to deliver the item. The delivery company refused to take it inside. They left it outside of my restaurant. When I called their customer service department they said they delivered it. The fact they left it outside was considered delivered. All I wanted was for them to take it inside not the actual set up. Horrible customer service, bait and switch. I will NEVER do business with them again. Beware.

Order clearly stated 12pk! When I received my package, the ticket had been edited by someone in the packing department and only sent one! Mention in the ad which I do have.

Just wanna say thanks to all the guys at Wasserstrom. *** was the best, and the rest of the crew too. Ordered a Freezer last summer for a client and the freezer broke after only a few days. *** was quick to get someone to fix it. When it broke again, they sent a new one from a different brand 'cause it seemed like they had problems with the first brand. Every time I called with questions or concerns, they were all so respectful and worked hard to keep my business. Thanks to these amazing people who understood what we needed and got us the right freezer. I appreciate everything they did and they all deserve a big Thanks.

Our pantry has a very small budget. Due to increased demand during COVID19 we needed two commercial refrigerators. But they were really expensive everywhere else. Also, when one of our fridges died an untimely death, they were able to obtain and deliver two double door units when no one else could. More importantly, they were able to provide quotes on three different manufacturers. All three had great units to choose from that were economy. They helped us understand the differences between each, the warranties, how to use them, and continue to provide ongoing assistance when we have questions. Most importantly, they are helping us find freezer units with good warranties. They were great to work with throughout the entire process. Their salesperson kept us up to date on the order and shipping status. They go above and beyond in all they do to help a customer!
