Direct Liquidation Direct Liquidation - A Scam: My Personal Experience

My experience with Direct Liquidation was not great. I decided to purchase a small lot from their site, thinking it would be a great way to make some extra cash. However, it turned out to be a total scam. The lot was sold "as is" which basically meant that I was taking a huge risk. I was promised that the items would have about a 75% plug and play rate, meaning that most of them would be in good condition and ready to sell. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

I spent $363.00 on the lot, and quickly realized that I had made a mistake. The items I received were in poor condition, and almost 40% of them were straight out unsellable trash. I tried to contact the company about my issue, but they basically brushed me off and said it was sold "as is" and they were sorry. But the pictures of the items on their website were totally misleading. They showed brand new, undamaged and unused items, which was not what I received.

In the end, I realized that I had spent my money to have the honor of selling Wal-Mart return junk. I was very disappointed with my purchase, and I would caution anyone who is considering buying from Direct Liquidation to think twice. This company is really a sham, and you do not want to take the risk of buying anything from them. Trust me on this one, just skip Direct Liquidation and find a more reliable company.

Direct Liquidation Direct Liquidation Review: High-Quality Products, User-Friendly Website, and Great Customer Service

I have been a regular customer of Direct Liquidation since May of 2019, and I must say that their products have been nothing short of amazing. Over the years, I have acquired 137 pallets, mainly comprising electronic devices and home appliances, and have been very satisfied with the quality and performance of all purchased pallets.

Direct Liquidation has given me the unique opportunity to start my business by allowing me to buy my first pallet for just $99. And as I gained more experience and confidence in their service, I have been able to scale up my purchases to buying lots worth $15,000 or more. It goes without saying that buying pallets always carries a certain level of risk. However, my experience with Direct Liquidation tells me that purchasing pallets that come with a warranty is a smart investment strategy because it secures your investment.

One thing that I really love about Direct Liquidation is that their website is very user-friendly. It makes navigating through their products an effortless task. Moreover, over the years, I have observed that their customer service is top-notch, and they are readily available to provide any assistance to their clients. However, I must admit that I have had some issues with some departments taking longer than expected to process wire transfers.

Another great aspect of their service is that they allow customers to pick up their purchased pallets in person. This has always been a lifesaver for me as it saves me from incurring additional transportation costs that would otherwise make the overall cost of goods more expensive.

In my journey with Direct Liquidation, I have also had some very minor inconveniences that required some support from customer service, and I must say that their ability to support and solve issues promptly was impressive.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend Direct Liquidation to anyone interested in starting their business. My advice would be to purchase one or two pallets and test the waters to gain experience before making significant investment decisions.

Direct Liquidation Direct Liquidation Review: A Scam to Trick People and Make Money Off Hard Work

I’ve been buying stuff from Direct Liquidation since November of 2019. At first, I was really, like, happy with what I was getting. The prices were good and stuff was selling fast. But then, after January, things started to go downhill fast.

The loads I was getting were all messed up. I mean, like, half of what I was getting was straight up garbage! It looked like they were just taking all the stuff they couldn’t sell themselves and dumping it on us. I’ve had to spend so much money just to get rid of all the trash they’re sending me, it’s ridiculous!

And the worst part is, they’re trying to charge us more for all this crap! They’re showing us the paperwork for the loads now, but they’re lying about the prices. They’ll say something’s worth $40k, when really it’s only worth $30k or $32k. They’re just trying to trick us into paying more so they can make more money. It’s not fair at all.

Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend buying from Direct Liquidation anymore. They’re just trying to scam people and make money off our hard work. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Direct Liquidation Avoid Direct Liquidation: Overpriced and Low-Quality Products with Shady Practices

So, lemme tell you all bout Direct liquidation. They used to sell stuff for super cheap like way lower than what they're actually worth, but now everything is sellin' for around 5 to 20 percent more than what's in stores. And even worse, most of the things that ya buy are either broken or just plain trash. I've even gotten stuff with bugs crawling all over and dirty substances like food and hair all up on it.

And the worst part is when ya go to pick up your stuff they'll try and give ya somethin' totally different than what ya paid for and when ya try to get it sorted they just straight up refuse to do anythin' for ya. It's a real disappointment cuz I used to be a big fan of Direct liquidation, but now I just can't trust 'em.

On top of all that, they offered me a coupon for 20% off my next purchase if I changed my negative review to a positive one. They said it would never expire, so I thought "why not?" But when I went to use it, they had the nerve to say it was expired and invalid. I just can't deal with their shady practices anymore, and I don't want any of y'all to waste your hard-earned money either. So, stay away from Direct liquidation.

Direct Liquidation Direct Liquidation: A Scam for Fall-Off Goods | A Review

Hey there,

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the pallets that came my way from Direct Liquidation. When they advertised it as being 75% working goods, I was excited to see what treasures I would end up with. But boy, was I wrong. Out of the 12 pallets I received, almost all of them were packed with damaged items. And I mean, like, 90% of them.

It was super obvious that these goods were returns. I could tell because almost every single one of them had receipts attached saying "Return Reason: Damaged". And yet Direct Liquidation said there was no way for them to know what the state of the items would be. What the heck?

Let me give you an example. One of the pallets was supposed to have a grill and a washing machine on it. Both of those items were totally destroyed and couldn't be used. So now I'm stuck with a pallet that has a 0% working rate. What am I supposed to do with that?

The worst part is that I won't even be able to recoup my money from this disaster. I spent so much dough on buying and shipping this crap, and now I'm sitting here with a bunch of garbage that I can't even sell. I might even need to rent a dumpster just to get rid of it all.

Overall, this has been a gigantic waste of my time, money, and effort. I feel totally ripped off. To anyone thinking about buying from Direct Liquidation: save yourself the frustration and skip this trainwreck.

Thanks for nothing.

Direct Liquidation Direct Liquidation Review: The Ultimate Source for Profitable Deals!

Been taking advantage of the deals at this company for 5 years now. Direct Liquidation takes in all of the "Untested customer returns" and sifts through them themselves, pulling out the items that will net the most profit and offering them directly to us consumers! They're essentially in direct competition with their customers who are selling on eBay, Amazon, or their very own website, VIPOUTLET. However, they've stepped up their game by now offering individual products straight from their own website, directliquidation.com. What I appreciate is that they carefully weed through the "[censored]" items that they can't sell and liquidate them in bulk. Honestly, if you're reselling the products purchased from them to the same consumer market, you're just going to end up losing to a company that can offer cheaper prices and still make a profit. You have to choose whether you want to buy wholesale or resell, but trying to do both at the same time is just asking for failure. The Walmart trucks won't be stopping by your place if you're struggling to sell them yourself! Don't be greedy or you'll get what you deserve in the end.

Direct Liquidation Mixed Experience with Direct Liquidation: Customer Service Shines, Quality Control Lacking

I recently had an experience with Direct Liquidation, the website where you can buy pallets of returned items from stores and websites at a discounted price. I have mixed feelings about my experience, but overall I am satisfied with the resolution.

First, I had a problem with my order. I had driven an hour and a half to pick up four pallets, but when I arrived, there were only three. I was disappointed because I had expected to receive exactly what I had paid for. However, when I called customer service and spoke with Mr. Miguel, he was able to quickly resolve the issue and I left feeling grateful for his help.

My second issue was with the quality of one of the items in my pallet. I had purchased a pallet of power washers, but when I opened one of the boxes, I realized that the item inside was a display model and not meant for resale. It didn't have any internal parts, and I didn't feel comfortable selling it to my customers. I spoke with Alex at customer service, who informed me that all items were sold as is. While I understood that I was purchasing returned items and they may not be in perfect condition, I didn't feel like a display model should be considered a return. I asked for a refund on the item, but not the entire pallet, since the rest of the items were in decent condition. If the description had stated that the pallet contained items not meant for resale, I would have been more prepared for this surprise. Alex didn't budge on the policy, but I felt like I had to at least try to get my money back. Unfortunately, it seemed like my account was subsequently blocked because of this issue.

Overall, I think Direct Liquidation is a good website for those looking for discounted, returned items. However, I would caution buyers to ask more specific questions about the condition of each item in a pallet, as well as to be prepared in case not all items in the order are available. Additionally, it feels like there's a bit of a disconnect between the written descriptions and the actual products being sold, so it's important to be aware of that possibility as well. Despite the challenges I faced, I appreciate the helpful customer service.

Direct Liquidation Direct Liquidation Review: Unreliable, Unorganized, and Unhelpful

I've been shopping at Direct Liquidation for a hot minute now, going on four years. Seriously, if you want my straight-up, honest opinion, this is it.

Now, let me tell you something - ain't nobody taking responsibility for nothing here, everyone's pointing the finger at each other when issues come up. It's like pulling teeth just to get anything done. I'm talking 10+ emails and phone calls just to get somebody to take action. And when mistakes happen (which they do, often), it's a whole circus just to get it fixed. I don't even want to think about how much money and time I've thrown away trying to sort things out.

Not to mention, prices just keep getting higher and higher without any explanation why. It's like they're trying to milk us dry or something. And if by some miracle you're owed some money, good luck ever getting it. But if you owe them money, they're blowing up your inbox every other day.

It takes them longer than grandma's Sunday roast to process your order, and then when they finally do, they tell you that it's shipped when it actually hasn't even left the warehouse for another week. I'm telling you, this place is about as organized as my kid's toy bin.

There's not really any structure to the business either. You can't make any real plans or strategies with these folks. It's like trying to nail Jello to a wall. All they seem to care about is getting more and more customers, rather than keeping the ones they have happy.

Honestly, I'm counting down the days until I have enough scratch to put these guys out of business. I'll provide a solution for the rest of us resellers out here who are tired of this nonsense. Thanks, Direct Liquidation - for nothing.

Direct Liquidation Direct Liquidation: A Nightmare Experience - My Order Canceled, No Refund, and Unprofessional Staff

I so bought a lot for $2000 from Direct Liquidation (directliquidation.com) and paid for it, and also let the customer service people know about it. But to my utter dismay, they went ahead and canceled my order. Now, these folks won't even refund the money. That aside, I had to deal with 8 orders and 17 pallets at a whopping $4,000. On top of that, I paid $700 for shipping. Can you imagine the stress I was under, dears?

Of course, I'm not one to take things lying down, so I constantly stayed in touch with the customer service folks. That included Danny S, Luis R and Jannette. At one point during my ordeal, I specifically spoke to Luis about the BOL document being uploaded to each of my orders. I even inquired about scheduling the pick-up since the carrier was to show up between 9 and 330pm. You know what Luis told me? He said no further action was required. But in a shocking twist of events, my carrier showed up yesterday and his shipment was denied. Can you believe it?

The next day, I received a call at 8am, informing me that my shipment was not being processed. So I immediately got on the phone with the first customer service agent who practically told me to take a hike - they hung up on me right away. I reached out to another customer service agent only to be told that my shipment was indeed shipped. When I still didn't get a resolution, one more agent put me through to the facility who then mentioned that the "paperwork wasn't ready." As if that wasn't enough, I got in touch with Janette online as I was waiting on the phone with yet another customer service agent. That's when I was told that pick-up scheduling had to be done if there were labels.

And then, just like that, the customer service agent on the phone hung up on me. What unprofessionalism, right? So, I struck gold with another customer service agent who tried to pin the blame on their software being not perfect. Now, while that may be understandable, I reckon that if the software is going haywire, it shouldn't be sold to the public yet. Simple logic!

All in all, Direct Liquidation's internal team is haywire. They need to up their standards and fix their communication between facilities, the customer service team, and their website. I mean, they even had the audacity to offer me a mere $200 coupon for their next order–after they had already cancelled my order and blocked me from the platform, no less. Folks, for crying out loud, if you're planning on starting a real business, I recommend you steer clear of Direct Liquidation. They're sure to mess up your order, and that's not something any of us can afford!

Direct Liquidation Direct Liquidation: A Nightmare Company to Deal With

Direct Liquidation is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. I find it hard to believe any of those so-called "paid" reviews, because the reality is that all they do is take your hard-earned money and then disappear into the wind. Once you pay, the chances are you may never see your products.

My experience with Direct Liquidation began well. My first order was delivered promptly without any issues and the products were of good quality. However, things began to go downhill rapidly from there. I placed four more orders and kept in constant communication with them about my payment status. Unfortunately, I was not able to make the payment on the same day due to some bank issues, and I explained this to them.

Supposedly, they had noted everything, and I finally managed to make the payment. The day I told them I would submit the proof of payment, they informed me that my four orders had been canceled. This happened after the payment had been sent and cleared from my bank. When I contacted them, they gave me countless excuses and finally told me that the pallets were no longer available because they had been sold to another customer.

I reached out to different people at Direct Liquidation, including Cristo Ríos, Jennifer, and Michael. Each person gave me a different story, and the communication was nothing short of frustrating. When the promised refund didn't arrive after a while, I posted negative reviews on their Facebook page. However, they deleted my reviews and asked me not to ruin our "good business relationship."

To make amends and keep me as a customer, Michael offered me a 25% discount on any order over $1,000 with no expiration date, which sounded like a great deal. I placed an order, and although I paid with wire, which was $30 less than $1,000, they did not honor the coupon. I reached out to Michael, and he told me that no one could apply the discount and that their accounting team would refund the remaining amount.

I eagerly awaited my refund, but they kept giving excuses and changing their payment schedule. Meanwhile, I received my new order with much anticipation, only to find out that everything was either damaged, broken, incomplete, or missing. To make things worse, Michael stopped responding to my messages, leaving me in shock and disbelief. It felt as if I was dealing with a ghost company.

Given my experience with Direct Liquidation, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I gave them countless chances, but they let me down every step of the way. They accuse me of ruining our business relationship, but they are the ones to blame for their unprofessionalism, poor communication, and empty promises. If you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay away from Direct Liquidation.

Direct Liquidation Disappointing Experience with Direct Liquidation: Issues with Order and Customer Service

I recently purchased a 3 pallet deal from Direct Liquidation. It wasn't a single purchase, but rather a bundle of three pallets. Unfortunately, there were some issues with my order. I received an email from them stating that my order had been cancelled. However, after some back and forth, I discovered that they had only cancelled the best pallet, claiming that it was lost.

I was quite frustrated that they had cancelled a portion of my order without consulting me. I told them that if I wasn't going to receive the best pallet, I would rather cancel the entire order. That's when things got even more complicated. They informed me that they had already shipped the order and that if I refused delivery, a 30 percent restocking fee would be applied.

I was a bit surprised that they had already shipped my order without confirming it with me first. It would have been more efficient if they had contacted me first, so we could have worked out a solution that worked for everyone.

Overall, I'm not overly impressed with my experience with Direct Liquidation. They provided subpar customer service, which made things much more difficult than they needed to be. I would give them a lower rating, but I do appreciate that they eventually shipped my order. It's just unfortunate that they didn't handle the situation more professionally.

Direct Liquidation Terrible Experience with Direct Liquidation: Lost Orders and Poor Customer Service

.

I recently made two orders at Direct Liquidation and I must say that my experience with them has been a major headache. In my first order, I paid for everything in full but unfortunately, I have been struggling to print or open the invoice for pick up till this day. It's been really frustrating and annoying as I have had to try reaching out to them several times to get it sorted out but all to no avail.

In my second order, I decided to buy an Apple Watch with GPS and cellular, plus a warranty which was supposed to give me peace of mind. However, I was extremely disappointed to receive a basic Apple Watch three instead. Can you imagine how I felt when I noticed the wrong order number written on the side of the box? It was simply outrageous! I must point out that this was entirely their fault, as I paid for the right product and it was their duty to deliver it.

The worst part of it all is that they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake, and instead, they are asking me to wait until they investigate the issue. Why can't they simply accept their error and send me the right product? It's so frustrating that I have over $600 worth of product and nothin to show for it.

Moreover, every time I've called them has been a waste of my time. They keep hanging up on me, without listening to my complaints or offering any help whatsoever. I wonder if their customer service team has even been trained in basic etiquette and communication skills, as they seem to lack professionalism and empathy altogether.

In conclusion, I would never recommend Direct Liquidation to anyone. They have been a total disappointment to me, and I can't imagine anyone else having a pleasant experience with them. If you value your time and money, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your online shopping needs as Direct Liquidation is not worth the hassle or headache.

Direct Liquidation Huge Disappointment with Direct Liquidation: A Review of Their Poor Customer Service & Practices

So, I gave Direct Liquidation a try a while back and I have to say, it was not a good experience. I was really excited to find a great deal on a laptop and I went ahead and bought it right away. I was anxiously waiting for the tracking number, but instead, I received a cancellation email just a few days later.

The email said that there was no inventory of the item, and that my account was being temporarily suspended due to unpaid orders. This didn't make any sense to me because the only orders with any issues were the ones that they cancelled. It seemed like they were just making excuses for not having the laptop in stock.

Naturally, I was pretty disappointed, especially since I had already paid for the laptop. To make matters worse, I went back to the website to see if I could find the laptop, and sure enough, there it was for sale again. But this time, it was being sold at a higher price!

Overall, my experience with Direct Liquidation was not a good one. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's frustrating to think that there are companies out there that don't value their customers and don't care if they get ripped off. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy reseller, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Direct Liquidation Disappointed with Direct Liquidation: Broken Items and False Advertising

with their purchases from Direct Liquidation.

So I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my latest purchase from Direct Liquidation. I thought I was getting a killer deal on a lot of used and like new vacuums, but boy was I wrong. Almost half of the stuff I received was straight up broken - like wouldn't even turn on broken. And to make matters worse, half of the chargers were missing too. Like, c'mon man, that should have been listed as for parts or something.

But the real cherry on top was this spot cleaner I got. According to the manifest, it was supposed to be like new. But when I opened it up, I saw that it was actually the store display with a fake plug. Like, who do they expect to buy that? The manifest definitely didn't say it was a display only item either. And now I can't even donate the darn thing since it's not a real product!

Overall, I was pretty let down by Direct Liquidation. I'd be curious to know if anyone else had similar issues with their purchases.

Direct Liquidation Direct Liquidation Review: Bad Customer Service, Cancelled Orders & Garbage Products - Stay Away!

I gotta tell you, my experience with Direct Liquidation was pretty disappointing. I placed a couple of orders with them, but they cancelled them without any good reason, or at least that's what I think. It seems like they only want to get rid of certain LOTs, and if you don't pay the price they want, say goodbye to your order.

Now, I'm not saying that their first order was bad, but the second time was a different story. I received a total garbage with that order, and it was a waste of my money and my time. They even disabled my account and didn't give me a clear explanation for it.

When I asked them about my cancelled orders, they told me some nonsense about working with a 3rd party company that verifies payments and bla bla bla. This sounded like a sketchy excuse, and I wasn't happy with it.

Overall, my experience with Direct Liquidation was bad, and I don't recommend doing business with them. They may have some good products, but their customer service is terrible, and they don't value their customers. Stay away, save your money, and find a better alternative. Trust me, I learned it the hard way.

Direct Liquidation Beware of Direct Liquidation: Misleading Product Descriptions and Limited Return Policy

I just want to say that you should really be careful when dealing with Direct Liquidation. They may not always be upfront about the products they sell. I learned this the hard way when I purchased phones from them that were supposed to be unlocked, but weren't. It caused me a lot of trouble because I had already sent the phones overseas, only to find that they were locked. The worst part was that when I reached out to Direct Liquidation, they said they couldn't help me because it had passed the 90-day return window.

I was really frustrated because I thought I had done my due diligence, but it turns out that I should have been more careful with my purchase. Direct Liquidation has some great deals and they offer a wide variety of products, but it's important to make sure you know what you're getting. If you're not sure, I would recommend trying a different liquidation company instead. You don't want to end up with merchandise that doesn't live up to the advertising.

To be fair, Direct Liquidation did offer to help me get the phones unlocked remotely if I provided them with the IMEI numbers. But once again, it was too late because the 90-day window had already passed. It was a frustrating experience and I won't be ordering from them again. It's just not worth the risk.

Direct Liquidation Disappointing Service and Questionable Ethics: My Review of Direct Liquidation

.

I have recently purchased multiple pallets from Direct Liquidation and I must say, I have been disappointed with their service. When the pallets are shipped to you, there is always an item missing or a wrong product included. For instance, I had ordered a VIZIO speaker worth $500, but instead, they sent me a kidd 7 golf set worth only $50. On another occasion, they failed to send two items that had a total worth of around $800. It made me wonder if they were purposely keeping the good products and selling them directly to the customers.

To make things worse, when I contacted them regarding the issue, they simply replied "SOLD AS IS", meaning they were not responsible for any damages or missing items in the pallet. What kind of customer service is that? It is really frustrating to pay a lot of money for something and not receive it as described or expected.

I would strongly advise everyone to avoid using this website for purchasing any product. Their business ethics and customer service is really questionable. Even if you plan to resell these products, you will never be able to break even because they will not be shipped as advertised.

In conclusion, it is really disappointing to receive such a poor service from Direct Liquidation. I regret my decision of using their platform and would not recommend it to anyone. I hope they improve their quality and service, or else, their business will certainly go down.

Direct Liquidation Disappointing Shipping Process and Customer Service at Direct Liquidation

I recently had a disappointing experience with Direct Liquidation. As a first-time buyer, I found their shipping process to be extremely misleading. The website stated that I had to choose my own shipping method, which was in fact the only option available. I assumed that I would receive further information via email regarding my options for carriers, but unfortunately, I was wrong.

Instead, I was required to create a shipping label and send it directly to the company for them to further send to the warehouse that I purchased from. Honestly, this was a complete waste of time and left me frustrated with the process. I expected the company to provide a more straightforward and user-friendly shipping experience.

After encountering these shipping problems, I attempted to cancel my order and receive a refund. I spoke with three different customer service representatives, who all assured me that I would not be charged for the restocking fees and that the cancellation process was being carried out promptly. However, despite these assurances, I was surprised to find out that my credit card was still charged for the allegedly cancelled order.

The lack of consistency and communication in this process is absolutely unacceptable, and I feel that this issue should have been resolved more efficiently. As a result, I would not recommend Direct Liquidation to other buyers as I do not believe this company adequately serves its customers or meets their needs.

Direct Liquidation Unreliable and Unethical: My Experience with Direct Liquidation

I have been purchasing goods from Direct Liquidation for several years and for the most part, my experience has been positive. However, I must admit that about 30% of my pallet purchases have been problematic. In two cases, I suffered significant financial loss. For instance, I acquired a "new" and "shelf pull” pallet whose worth was valued at $15k. To my dismay, upon breaking it down I discovered that it was only worth about $5k. That's a $10k difference from what was advertised, which was extremely disappointing. When I reached out to their customer service team, their response was unsatisfactory. They offered me a mere $500 credit and told me to be more careful with manifest details next time. This experience taught me to be more critical of manifest details when making purchases from Direct Liquidation.

Recently, I bought two pallets that turned out to have missing valuable items, which made it challenging to make a profit. When I contacted the Direct Liquidation customer support team, they informed me that the manifests were not entirely accurate but only meant to give customers an idea of what was available. To make matters even worse, they tried enticing me to leave a good review through a 10% off coupon. It's not ethical to bribe someone for a positive review, particularly when they fail to meet their part of the bargain.

When it comes to Direct Liquidation, be careful. I do understand that you can save money by purchasing "as is" items. However, their service is extremely unreliable, and they do not live up to the promises they make. It's essential to scrutinize every detail of the manifest meticulously and do thorough research about a pallet before you make a purchase, or you might end up losing more money than you bargained for. In conclusion, I would not recommend Direct Liquidation due to their dodgy business practices and unclear manifest information.

Direct Liquidation Beware of Direct Liquidation: Lack of Accountability and Conflicts of Interest

My experience with Direct Liquidation has been a mixed bag. I've been buying from them for several years now and have spent several hundred thousand dollars. In the past year, however, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of their service. It seems that Direct is more concerned with pleasing big-name customers like Walmart than with ensuring the satisfaction of individual buyers like me.

One major issue I've had with Direct is their lack of accountability for misrepresented products. If you receive a product that is not as described or is missing parts, Direct will not take responsibility for it. Recently, I bought a pallet worth $4000 that was supposed to include over 80 of a specific item. When it arrived, there were only two of that item and the rest was mostly junk. Direct refused to acknowledge their mistake and insisted that it was my problem.

What's particularly concerning is Direct's relationship with their parent company, TRG, and with VIP, another company owned by TRG. VIP sells on many of the same platforms that Direct Liquidation sells on, but they pay significantly less for the products. This creates a major conflict of interest, as VIP can undercut Direct's individual buyers and drive down prices for everyone.

All in all, I would say that Direct Liquidation is a risky option for anyone looking to buy liquidated goods. While they do offer some great deals, their lack of accountability and potential for conflicts of interest make them a questionable choice. It's worth considering other options before committing to a purchase from Direct.
