I gotta say, I had a pretty good experience with DollarDays. The customer service was top-notch, but there was this one person, Yuri Ontiveros, who really rubbed me the wrong way. She was acting like I was some kind of identity thief or something, and it really put a damper on my whole shopping experience. I mean, I haven't been able to place my order yet, and my money is just floating around in cyberspace somewhere.

But you know what? Despite all that, I'm still gonna give it a shot. I really need those items, and the rest of the customer service team was so nice and helpful. It's just a shame that one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch, you know? Yuri's attitude was just so accusatory and unprofessional, and it really hurt the business.

Overall, though, I'd say that DollarDays is a pretty good place to shop. The prices are reasonable, and the selection is pretty decent. The quality of their shipping was also quite poor, as they sent me the 2 boxes of masks in a trash can liner box. We recently purchased 5 dozen white pillowcases from DollarDays, hoping to get everything right with our measurements. However, when the pillowcases arrived, we were disappointed to find that they were the wrong size. We immediately contacted the company to return the shipment, as we couldn't use them. However, we were informed that they had shipped the right size, and that they measure the size of the fabric before it's sewn into pillowcases, before hemming, and so on. Therefore, the fault was ours.

We made arrangements to replace the order with the next larger size, still ordering 5 dozen. We shipped the first order back and waited patiently for 2 weeks for the replacements to arrive. However, when they did arrive, we were dismayed to find that they had only shipped 2 dozen. We were fed up with the situation and decided to ship the order back once again.

Each time we had to pay a hefty return and restocking fee, according to their return policy. Although the staff seemed friendly when we placed the order, their competence and business practices left a lot to be desired. We strongly suggest that you do not do business with this company.

I stumbled upon this website while searching for wholesale fishing supplies for my small toy and variety shop in Hawaii.
