You have a person employed in Conyers who has a bad attitude nd spoke to me as if I were a child or a dog. She is a black lady about 5 foot 4 with a curly weave. That was my third time in that store. I could not find 3 items. I asked her for help. This was her response word for word.

"You need to learn this store! I'm not going to keep doing your job for you!"

This was not only inappropriate but disrespectful. The time frame on this occurrence was between noon and 2 pm. I expected higher quality of service than what I received.

Desired outcome: Talk to that associate about positive customer service or replace her immediately.
