Please cancel this didn’t know there was a free trial period should of read more cancel now or I will dispute this

This App is a scam. It doesn't work as they say and on top of that they don't refund the money paid.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Can’t even get it to work as it tells me no internet connection. I’m definitely connected to the internet as I’m posting this review…

I just added this app and I already love it
I been taking pictures of my indoor plants and all have been identified correctly with this application

The app's information on companion planting has helped me create healthier and more vibrant plant communities in my garden. It's a great way to promote biodiversity.

this app literally took money off both my cards and won't let me cancel my subscription its a complete fake and didn't even help with my plants im so mad about this

Took pictures of two rosebushes to find out why they’re not doing very well and the plant identify comes back as completely different. Plants has no idea it’s rosebushes. I am very disappointed.

Upon first try, it misidentified my mini monstera, second attempt it gave up and couldn’t identify, tried to diagnose dying plant; came back my plant was healthy. So don’t waste your time, app is failure.

I immediately deleted this app when I realized it was $10 a week, A WEEK! Not a month - which would have been okay! That ALOT for a app! Thats $500 a year. And there is not a app on here that is worth $500.00.

Horrible! You need a subscription to do anything. And now I can’t figure out how to delete my free trial! And it didn’t even identify why my pathos turned yellow. This app probably has fake reviews. Do not download!

$10 a week is a bit much. Unfortunately the UI isn’t very user friendly I took photos of many plants that are sickly, browning, or had strange growths and the algorithm just says the plant is healthy. Come on how is that useful.

I was able to assess my plants but it didn’t give a ton of info besides the profile of the plant. The info on the plant was helpful. but it’s 9.99 a week and I can’t figure out how to cancel my subscription. I even googled it! Help!

I like to try an app before I decide if I want to buy it. I do NOT like the 3-day ‘Free’ trial where you have to give credit card info. They are banking on the fact that you’ll forget to cancel. This app is basically useless unless you pay for it. Am deleting.

I installed this app this morning and I’m dissatisfied with the results I got about one of my plants so I immediately tried to cancel the subscription and it’s not working. I’ve made more attempts since then and I’m still not able to cancel it. I do NOT want to pay for an app that charges $9.99 a WEEK! Please cancel the subscription ASAP.

I take care of my plants as if they are my babies. I started getting into planting indoor plants about 7 years ago so I’ve been through trial and error but it’s nice to know what’s wrong with my plant when it isn’t looking too good. This app allows me to take pictures and get a diagnosis if my plant is sickly and it gives you tips how to try to heal it. I love it! ✌

It says it is free but then you download it and look in the app and it is free for 3 days the you have to pay for it to take care of your plants. This app isn’t worth it if you can only use it for 3 days ehen in the beginning it said it was free . They should say it is free for 3 days then you have to pay for it to take care of you plants . This app isn’t really worth getting.

I tried the free trial offer, and found it was not what I was looking for. I cancelled on the 3rd day yet still got charged. I tried writing to to the developers, completed the information requested, tried to send, and got a message saying “cannot send fix error” so it leaves me no option than to let others know.
$9.99 can amount to a substantial figure if enough people sign up for this.

Yes, I got lured into this by an ad on instagram. I know I know I should have known better, but I thought I’d do the trial and see how it went. False advertisement all the way. It said it could identify and diagnose plants and it’s literally given me the same diagnosis for every thing and the exact same general information (to not over or under water). It’s the exact information you’ll get if you google and only read the first 2 search results. I tried the 3 day (make it longer) trial and when I canceled it still charged me. I went into my apple account to cancel so let’s see if this upcoming week charges.

I want to cancel my subscription . charges for service i didn't use on Nov 23/2023 for $9.99 and Nov 30/ 2023 for $9.99 and Nov 16/ 2023 for $9.99 and Nov 9/2023 for $10.59 this company have been over charging me thru my APPPAY and i want to STOP NOW. i have use this service just once and i was understanding that you paid once a mouth for the service of $9.99 a mouth not $40.59 a mouth i want my money back of $30.59 and the service STOP
