I purchased the required $100 items (diapers and wipes) on September 12, 2025 to qualify for the $20 reward. They gave it to me then took it away before I could use it. I contacted an online representative who told me that there was an expiration date on the reward which was never mentioned. She agreed to reinstate it since I was a loyal longtime customer. Later that day I received an email telling me that I never purchased the required amount for the reward. I sent her a copy of my receipt proving that I did. I have sent 3 emails and have gotten no response. Horrible customer service!
