Hello our family of 4 is pretty busy, I'm a night shift nurse and my wife is in the military. When I bought 2 full sets of BJ's tires for our main vehicles I assumed I would be able to walk in and drop off the vehicles at our convenience for tire rotations and balancing, shop, and leave. After calling my local Fayetteville club they told me I couldn't walk the cars in, but an appointment is needed and no appointments are available for 5 days. We both don't have the time to drive these cars in separately and arent off at the same time very often. I'm having buyers remorse and wished I would have bought the tires at Walmart where walk ins are welcome. I'm not sure how I can properly care for these tires unless I pay Walmart to deal with them. My membership is going to expire in August and I will likely not be renewing.

I would like to register a complaint about the treatment that I never received. I'm a 100% disabled retired Marine and I need assistance in order to move around. Therefore, I needed the use of a motorized cart while I navigate the store. In the past, this hasn't been an issue, but this time I managed to move from my car to the store and requested the cart as I have done numerous times in the past only to find that of the three that were available one was inoperable, one was being charged and finally one was totally drained of power. I sat for in excess of one hour waiting for someone to help me. I had inquired about a replacement cart and the person that I spoke to left to find a different one and that was the last that I heard about it. I was fortunate to have my sister accompany me as she was able to accomplish the shopping while I sat and waited. This is completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable and I request that this type of treatment ceases and I don't expect to be put in this type of position again.
Desired outcome: That there is always motorized carts available and fully charged for use by those of us who are in need!
Kitchen Appliance Order
I ordered kitchen appliances 3/21/2021 (about $4, 500 worth of items) with an estimated delivery date of 5/17/2021. The order has been "processing" since the 21st of March. I have called more than 10 times in the last 3 weeks to get an update on the now backordered items. In which, no one wanted to inform me of these being backordered. My significant other calls today (6/3/2021) they have no record of me calling. This has been by far the worst experience of my life. I will never order from BJ's Wholesale again. I could go on more but I have a "350 character" word limit and I am way past that already.

We ordered a recliner (Order #[protected]) on May 10, 2021. On May 13, 2021 we received an email saying "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED" It's on the way.

after shipment notification.*
The FEDEX site has no record of having received this shipment. Trying to explain this to a BJ representative was beyond frustrating. We have had BJ membership for many years but had never ordered anything online before.
This experience will not encourage us to do it again.
Your messaging is misleading at best. Emailing that the order had been shipped was deceptive and wrong. Compared to Amazon you have a lot to learn.
Desired outcome: Locate our order and advise us of its delivery date.

I can not tell you how disappointed I am in the BJ's in Henrietta NY. We have given a lot of consideration and leeway due to the pandemic but now the changes are truly effecting my thoughts on switching to Costco. I cant believe the self check outs no longer have scanners. On an an average day there is 1 or 2 open lanes that are not self check out. Most of the time a long line with only 2 clerks. Now I have to remove everything from my cart and put on the tray (which overflows). So it takes me and everyone else twice as long and for someone with arm issues this is extremely hard. I'm so disappointed and have no idea why the change was made but its aweful. Our grocery stores allow us to scan as we put in our carts on an app and pay without standing in line and yours just made us load, unload, reload and then unload again at our car. Terrible decision and one that I think is going to make me switch where I shop.
Service
As advertised: "We will bring your shopping to your car" biggest BS story ever told. Drove in to pick up my order, long line and no one attending to it, went inside trying to locate anyone with Blood Pressure at no avail, finally located a " manager " who was able to locate my order, lucky me, had to find a cart and carted it outside ( no boxes were given) with groceries, took an hour to get it done all by myself. So advise to leadership of the company, it is ok to advertise but make sure that company stands by its promises. Nobody wants or need to deal with [censored].
Lifetime storage sheds
In Auburn Me store two nights ago to purchase a 8 x 15 dual entry, two window shed for $1499.00. It was originally price 1599. With a clip less coupon for $100. Sale was ending that night. Store had none in stock and wouldn't give a rain check. Called Portland Me store which had 6 in stock. Told them I would be down 1/2 hr away. They called back before I left to tell me the forklift guy was gone for the night so I couldn't pick up. He stated he would honor the price for next day. Went to Portland store to pick up and was told their price is $1899. - $100.
? I had them call the Auburn Store to confirm the $1499. Price but was told the vendor came in last night and took sale price tag away and they couldn't help me as vender changed price. What? 24 hours later and they couldn't confirm their price as it's a vendor item and they have no control of that!
I'm only asking to purchase this 8 x 15 shed for the $1499. Price that was hanging in the shed in Auburn that I couldn't get a rain check and also couldn't pay for on the phone the same night at Portland store.

on 3/1/21 a deduction of $55.00 was deducted from my account. Called to dispute, gave team member my information was told would be refunded within 13 days, spoke with George. 3/4 called was told would be refunded within 12-15 days was processed on 3/2/21. On 3/11/21 spoke with Adrea will be completed on 16th was given his ref#3992367. 3/16/21 was told it was processed on 5th should receive by 3/19/21. 3/19/21 was told has not been processed asked to speak with manager, Peter. Peter returned my call gave my account information new ref#4074889. 3/23/21 Peter called payment has been refunded, as of 3/24/21 no refund will see in 4 to 7 days. This is outrageous, they have lied for almost a month. it is only 55.00 but it is my 55.00. this is the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I will need to go to another source, it this is not resolved shortly.
