BJ's sent a promotional email to book a cruise and they would pay the gratuities, so I click the link and booked the cruise 3/23/26. I noticed when received my conformation the gratuities were not listed, so I immediately call the agent and provided a copy of the promotion. The agent said give them 48 hours to respond, I waited the 48 hours and called and provided the same information again. and was told wait another 48 hours with still no response. I have asked for a manager to contact me and still no response.
Desired outcome: Do what they advertise.
