Please use clearer language in the ads as rewards does not always equal a credit in points. I bought items and did not receive proper credit, so I contacted customer service. They gave me a gift card that can't be loaded to the app, so I can't use it on Scan & Go, and it will not work at the gas station, so I will return it for cash. Also, Apple Pay does not work at your gas pumps; it advertises that it does. I have tried at more than one location so it appears to be a corporate issue. Also, why not eliminate the gift cards and add them to the app? Do you own a company that makes the gift cards, just saying. Makes no sense to me.

Recommendation: They are making Wal-Mart more appealing and if it is hard to shop there as you need a finacial degree to figure out specials and coupon prices.
