I went to biolife to donate as always I arrived I building at 10:50. They handed me a buzzer and said to wait outside, it was freezing out so I waited in car like everyone else was. I was number 4 but I didn't know how many was before me. I waited until 750 for my buzzer to go off and it never did I tried to call around 730 but the machine said they were closed. My ap was 7. I was at the Mills Civic Biolife in West Des Moines Iowa. I don't have social media so I am unsure how to contact the center. I didn't get hooked up until 8:08 and I was only person in line at the time. My phlebotomy and cara at front were great as always but it really was not a good experience before that. I don't mind the wait usually but they had to reopen stations for me. To add to it when i'm the last person in the place aside from one other who had same thing happen to him.. When it was all over and I was embarrassed enough for being the reason people had to stay late I was abandoned for quite awhile as I watched everyone walk past me and ignore my machine going off.. Finally one of the people said I guess I'll get you hooked since everyone kind of abandoned you. I am very easy to deal with and I don't complain about the wait I understand it but that really made me feel unimportant. Arianna Williams
