Today I was at BioLife donating and after extracting 335ml of plasma the machine stopped working due to a General Fault error “ when these machines were just maintenance I was told.

Since the machine failed after it just extracted a full container of blood that was not pumped back in my body they now say I cannot donate for 8 weeks. I want compensation for the 8 weeks of donations i will miss. I signed up to donate plasma not blood.

Claimed loss: 840$ for not being able to donate due to a machine breaking down

Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated due to losing $$ for these 8 weeks
