BioLife Plasma Services - Deferred not my fault no compensation

I had an unsuccessful donation on 10/3/22 and did not receive my RBC’s back following my second withdraw cycle, because the machine malfunctioned. This was the first time this happened since starting the BioLife donor program. I was never told that I would be deferred for two months following my failed donation, only given an electrolyte drink and told to wait 30 minutes before I could leave. I returned for my next donation today, 10/8/22, only to be told that I was deferred due or kicked out the program because of the amount of RDC’s that was taken and not replaced. This was not communicated so I worked an entire week not knowing that my live was in danger due to the amount of blood that I lost during my previous visit. However, it was communicated to me several time that this was not my fault. So, if it’s was not “my fault” why was I not compensated for the lost revenue from being kicked out of the donor program. I should have known better.

Desired outcome: Payment compensation because it was not my fault and I lost my red blood cells in the process

BioLife Plasma Services - Covid / convalescent plasma donation compensation not being honored and couple issues with referral pay not being honored

When I initially went in to donate convalescent plasma I was informed that I was going to be compensated $200 for the first donation and $200 for the second donation. Upon my second donation they did not honor the $200 and informed me that a coupon has expired. They never told me there was a time limit first of all to be able to get both payments. (Among other things I was told) and then upon speaking to the assistant manager she stated there was nothing she could do because I was misinformed. Then they didn't want to honor the Buddy referral bonus to be paid out after I was informed that as long as the person that referred me made a successful complete donation first before my first donation they would be paid the $150 which did not happen after my second donation was made. My son and husband also had a problem with getting the referral bonus as if they did not want to pay it.
