BioLife Plasma Services Large bruise

I have been "donating plasma at theis center for one year. On march 8 2013 I checked in to thee facility & went therough thee normal steps required each time before thee actual donation. After I was given thee ok I went out on to thee"donation floor"at which time I was assigned a specific section in which I was to report to. I reported to my assigned section laid down on thee donation bed & the technician started the process by first asking me my full name & last four digits of my social security number. After this she began to feel for my vein for the vein puncture. She marked it with the end of the iodine stick which she used to sanitize thee puncture area. After doing thee puncture she immediately had difficulties getting thee proper blood flow, after attempting to move thee needle around (at which time I told her twice that it was very pain full) she called over another more experienced technician. They could not get the proper blood flow so thee 2nd technician asked if they could use my right arm I told her yes as long as thee first technician was not doing thee puncture. After doing thee actual puncture she noticed theat the line had clotted up & I was told I could not donate theat day.

On saturday march 16the I returned & started thee process before donation, I was told that due to thee bruise on my left arm I had to see the nurse, which I did. I was told by the nurse that I was deferred from donating until thee bruise was healed. Today march 13 2013 I again reported to the center for donation. I had to see thee center nurse before I could donate due to thee bruise theat had been on my arm, after seeing thee nurse & I was told I had to see thee manager. I seen a manager but not the center manager to discuss my"living situation."I have a domestic partner whom is named"jeffrie", she assumed that my partner was a male! I assured her theat jeffrie was not a male ratheer a female. Then we began to discuss thee email which had sent to the"center manager"concerning the incident the week before. She told me theat she thought theat my email was" offensive"I told her that it was intended theat way. The technician theat did the first vein puncture the week before had been having problems with her confidence in doing vein punctures, I seen her a few weeks before during her training at which time she was very very afraid to do vein punctures'. I told the manager that if the technician was afraid of doing vein punctures she had"no place on the donataion floor & that she needed additional training" she told be that I could not call thee technicians incompetent & that I would be deferred permanently from thee program.

ouch! If you have to sell blood you need to turn off the puter and go put in some applications, get a job.

You're very pleasant aren't you. Not everyone who donates is "selling blood". Criticism is not appreciated, but I guarantee if you ever need a plasma donation, you will be very thankful for folks who put themselves out there to make sure that plasma is available. Go away.

BioLife Plasma Services Bad business

After I did routine questions& tests I was set up to donate plasma. As soon as the machine kicked in and started to separate blood and plasma I had immediately noticed that the bag collecting plasma was not the normal ‘apple juice color’ but that it had a decent amount of blood in it. I then told several different employees that it appeared to be abnormal. Even after looking at the bag they had dismissed the color and my concern for the abnormal factor. When I was being taken off the machine an associate had told me that it was going to have to be discarded because there was so much blood in the bag. Right before I got off the donation chair I was told that I was going to have to see a nurse to address the questions that I had. When I got up from the chair I was told to follow an associate to the check out screen. Not once had they had any kind of concern about me walking or standing at the touch screen to log out. After I logged out I was told to sit down and wait for a nurse to come and answer the questions I had. I was called into the nurses office was told that I was going to have to wait at the center for 30min because I might be lightheaded. I had then asked if I had a family member come and pick me up and I was a passenger in the car if I could leave. (thinking that the only reason that they don’t want me to leave and drive a car is because I would be lightheaded.) I verbally attempted to rationalize why I couldn’t leave in a family vehicle if I wasn’t driving because of ‘lightheadedness’ and honestly got frustrated because I didn’t understand why I couldn’t leave if I wasn’t driving for being ‘lightheaded’. After I sat in the waiting room and told my husband that I didn’t think that I should drive and that he should come and pick me up after I got done with my 30min, I had different lady pull me into her office and begin to explain why I couldn’t leave. Reasons like blackout pass out, lightheadedness &dizziness and had verbally recognized that I was obviously upset at the situation. She asked me why I had gotten that way to begin with. And, I had told her that it was because the nurse hadn’t ever said that I might pass out, might blackout, or might be might be dizzy! And that I couldn’t rationalize not being able to leave for being lightheaded if I wasn’t driving. And, then confronted her about feeling like I was being pulled into an office and ‘getting a talking to’. I told her that if the nurse had originally told me that I might pass out, black out, or be dizzy that the reasons for keeping me there would have been rationalized! I told her that I had called my husband and that he was going to drive me home after my 30min and she told me that if I left I was pretty much going to be banned from coming to another biolife facility. After feeling like I had been done such a disservice from the faculty right down from telling the associates that something was wrong from the beginning, to not telling me all of the symptoms that I might encounter so I could rationalize such a request and not have become so angry this entire situation could have been avoided!

Apparently bio life has now started to judge plp on weight I showed up as always to give and was told all of sudden now I'm not allowed it give because of my weight being 402. Anything over 400lbs now gets deferred eventhough my viens are great and am just a bug [censored] guy at 6'4" & 400lbs. I'm not way fat or anything and really to be honest I've lost like 280lbs in the last 3 years so I think it's discrimination against me over my weight when I'm a perfect donor I've never been refused nor not been able to finish in 2 plus years of going weekly and I was about 500lbs when I started giving. So this is descusting that I was treated like that and waisted my time over an hour to get there and wait in line just to be told no for no good reason. They didn't have any real reason for it just kept saying it's corporate so to you corporate I just maybe talking to a lawyer about this which would be a first for me but it's just so descusting to me I'm not sure what else to do. I would understand if I was a giant fat dude with crappy vein's but nope not the case nor does anyone who I tell belive me when I say I'm 400lbs. So I'm putting my 2 cents in here for the moment but again it's just sad and very very frustrating to be told in can't give after giving all these years oh and I forgot to say I told them if I took my work boots off there would be 2lbs easilly but wouldn't let me unless I had flips or something even though I could have put my boots right back on. I'm so done for right now with this company not sure what happened or why they felt like this was something they had to implement but if nothing else it should definitely be on a case by case basis not just across the board discramation. I'm in pretty good shape even at this size played ball and wrestled in collage and have always been big but now all they did was puss me off so the 13 other plp I got to start going and doing bio life will now be asked to go to the other plasma place and to boycot bio life until they change this stupid [censored] policy that just discusting and discriminting again bigger healthy plp with no issues like myself and have been great donor's for years now.

I go to Biolife in Waite Park next to Menards every week. There was a week when I was there that the lady that put the needle in my arm stuck me wrong and my arm blew up like a tire as the blood was going back into my arm. They then finished my donation with the other arm. I had major bruising on my arm for the next month and I kept getting differred. I starting going back and then today I got a call saying I'm getting differred because my protein level is low. I eat meat and eggs constantly so idk how that's possible. Now that I cannot receive my $50 today I choose not to go to that place again. They forget to announce that bs before you get started. Now I gotta wait another week and come back for a blood sample. Hopefully others don't have my same negative experience.

BioLife Plasma Services Extremely negligent employees

This company has extremely poor service. I have been there 6 times and 3 of the times I have had an awful experience. Two of these times the nurse that was putting my needle in stuck it in too far and gave me a hematoma both times. The other bad experience I had was I checked in and they checked my vitals and temperature and all that and then they made me sit back down for 45 minutes before someone came up and told me that they had entered my information wrong and I wouldn't be able to donate that day. This place needs some serious employment changes and I would think twice before going there.

I agree with this. It's usually a management issue when all you see is death behind the employee's eyes, you can tell no one wants to be there. you can't run away from this place fast enough. it's a trap not a business.

Mal practice I donate on Monday 01/09/2023 at 7:00pm and 2 of the workers don’t make a right decision and they hurt my arn and i was unable to work for 4 days my arm was immobile and in terrible pain and i lost 600 dollars of my work days because of a bad procedure, knowing that it hurt me they kept hurting me instead of proceeding to use my other arm.

Yeah, I'm literally 2 minutes home from returning from the location in West Des Moines. I'm sick of it! Absolutely sick of it! Every time I go in there I have to sit and wait and wait and wait to get anything done. Wait to get in if I show up early, wait to get plugged in once I sit down. Wait to get unplugged once I'm done the whole visit usually ends up being something like an hour and 45 minutes verses what it should be at half that or less. Today took the cake and I'm just done! I was there for an hour and 45 minutes nothing but being jerked around I never did donate basically they gave me this attitude like well you know this is the procedure and what we have to do and it's just a bunch of crap. If you look at the $20 you make for donation and you divide that by the actual amount of hours that you invest getting it and then on top of that you consider that you are actually giving them a product their resale at a massive mark up your getting f***** and that is putting it kindly. When you end up with something like what I got which was an hour and 45 minutes of my time wasted and no money whatsoever it becomes damn right Criminal. I'm done with that God damn place. I've had the same situations that everybody has posted. They've stuck me before and I've had bruises a go all the way down to my wrist! That's really saying something considering I'm six foot 10 and my arms are almost 30 in Long! Never again and I'd advise never to start with for anyone that's considering it

I have been having a problem recently because of a routine protein test. My protein came in low which require a retest a week later. Then after I take the test I had to wait another week for the results. During this whole process I was barred from donations for health concerns. I understand the health industry has regulations, but nobody told me there was an issue until I was in the center ready to donate. Then they turn me away with no consideration for the time I spent coming in. The very least they could have done is call, e-mail or text me and tell me not to come in until they confirmed I was ready. Additionally, when the test came in positive nobody called to confirm. When I called them to confirm everything was all right, they said I was ready to go and set up an appointment. When I arrived they told me the doctor hadn't signed off and that I couldn't donate. That makes for three times I came in with an appointment and was turned away without being told before hand there was a problem.

A certain level of competence is expected and it is wrong to hide behind the sick to defend against possible negligence. IT comes down to the level at which it affects a person. At what point is it no longer acceptable, because we cannot just assume any level of failure on the part of a phlebotomist is acceptable. What if death or serious injury were to occur? Is it still acceptable to hide behind the needs of the sick? Is their discomfort or life long injury more acceptable than mine simply because they may have been born with it, where mine resulted from choosing to donate a part of me? These are important questions to consider when debating what level of compensation should be given when injury or accidents occur. I think it is important for Bio life and other plasma providers to acknowledge these situations with more responsibility instead of hiding behind the sick.

I think it is a very un professional place.. I have donated plenty of times just fine sometimes a soar arm for a couple days.. But my fiance has been denied and accepted a few times now but this last time they poked both arms 3 times and then they took half the donation and says she doesnt deserve any compensation for the donation after they screwed up and poked her wrong then sent her home..

I went to their American Fork location over two weeks ago and found a similar situation. After spending several hours I was denied eligibility because I had been diagnosed bi-polar over 26 years ago and they needed to get a status from my current doctor. They also needed to contact ARUP because I donated platelets a week ago and needed to make sure I didn't lose any blood. The person didn't even know what ARUP was and I had to explain to him. I have called them three times since them and the two times I talked to a nurse who stated they were still trying to contact ARUP and my doctor. I called them yesterday, left my phone number for them to call back, and they didn't bother to call me back. After talking to my son and one of his friends I found out they both have had bad experiences with Biolife. I'm glad they never allowed me to donate. I'm really surprised they are still in business.

I went to Biolife as well and my first donation went very well, the employees were very friendly, and I was in and out within an hour. But on my second donation I actually knew the young lady who checked my vitals, [censored]ed my finger etc. and she is a recent high school graduate. I'm not sure how she got the job because I know she has no medical experience whatsoever. Anyways, when the lady was sticking me she missed the first time and had to adjust the needle twice. And quite frankly she was not focused, she was rude to not only me but also her coworkers, and she made me feel as if her wrong doing was my fault. She left the needle in and sent someone else over to watch my return, on the return my arm begun to swell and become very painful, when she noticed it not returning she adjusted the needle a third time. When that still didn't work and my arm continued to swell she got another lady to come stick my left arm. My left arm was stuck correctly and I was able to finish out my donation smoothly from there on out. I expressed my concern of my swollen painful arm to the last lady who stuck me and she was not worried and said "oh that's pretty normal I think" ...

After I that donation my right arm stayed swollen all day and it hurt to even just extend it or pick up things. After the first day I begun to see bruses develop, the bruses expanded and got darker and darker until a good deal of my elbow was covered.

I researched the brusing and it is fairly common to appear when donating plasma, especially after a bad stick. I had a nurse friend look at it and she said that blood leaked out of the first hole in my vein and was absorbed into the surrounding tissue.

It was very painful for the first couple days but as the bruising got worse the pain seemed to lessen. The bruising lasted about 2 and a half weeks until it finally stated to fade away.

What I got from this experience is that the bio life employees don't care about their donors, all they care about is getting their job done as quickly as possible and moving on to the next person. I will not be going back.

I decided to give some plasma thinking it was going to help someone. I'm a lawyer and make plenty of money so I don't care about the few bucks. I gave the first time and it was fine. I decided I'd do it again a few weeks later. This time I ended up with a very painful bruise from my bicep to my wrist. I won't be doing it again. Yes you give informed consent but when it comes to injury it's a matter of degree and nobody is consenting to this severe of an injury or lack of ability on behalf of the phlebotomist.

You very clearly consent to the process not once but TWICE during the initial visit. It's called informed consent, look it up. There are risks involved with any medical procedure and to receive your $20 on your ripoff credit card you consent to all of them. When you feel like you're competent enough to perfectly stick a seventeen gauge needle in someones arms every single time, please let me know. Also, employees defer you for your inadequate veins and tattoos as a safety precaution for you. You're also deferred for things like high pulse, etc. for YOUR SAFETY. In fact, the FDA has these very strict parameters in place ENTIRELY for your safety. And yes, it takes around a year for your veins to change enough to donate in most cases. The physiology of your body doesn't change overnight or over a few weeks. Overall, the plasma donation process is incredibly low risk which is why it is so common and FDA approved. Do some research before allowing someone to stick a giant needle in your arm or don't complain about the aftermath.

BioLife Plasma Services Waste of my time

To start off with I have heard a lot of complaints about biolife from friends and customers. I work in a company pharmacy about a block down the road and whenever asked about it I would tell customers that the service seems to vary from person to person. Now today I can add my experience to the negative ones. When I first scheduled my appointment I called to ask if I was even able to donate because I take keppra to prevent seizures, which I have been seizure free in over 8 years. I was told, no this shouldn't be a problem, which I figured would be the case since I am able to donate regular blood. When I arrived today all the help talked among themselves and only spoke to the "customers" when asking a question. At several points I considered leaving because it seemed to be a waste of my time when the staff themselves weren't even focused. They also had several machine malfunctions that I could not even begin to believe. I had to touch my finger to the sensor at least four or five times each time and had to have my picture taken three times for it to register. Thirty minutes later I finally was taken into a room with a nurse to review my questions I took on the computer, which again I will add three of the six computers were actually working. The first question was do I take any medication? Again I said exactly the same thing I did when I called, yes I take keppra to prevent seizures, but i've been seizure free for over 8 years. At that point I was told I could not donate. When asked why the best answer I got was keppra binds to the plasma. When I asked even if this was true why it would matter, she had no answer for me. Well i'm disappointed to tell you but your nurse does not even have the correct information, to start with plasma is not influenced by keppra. Several studies have been done and no determination has been made on the effect plasma donation has on seizures. As a matter of fact, several of our customers who have had seizures donate plasma twice a week like a “normal person” could. Also as stated on your website, being able to donate is determined by severity and type of my seizures, neither that I was asked about. I find it rather interesting that someone could take any number of illegal drug and go in to donate plasma while lying on this test and get away with it but yet someone who has had an actually condition in the past that's truthful may not donate. Neither I nor any other member of staff that I work with will be recommending this facility or business starting today, which unfortunately will be a large number of people due to the company size. My intention of donating was to help people that truely needed it, not to give a job to someone who's too lazy or rude to get any other job. I apologize to the people who true do need these types of studies done but it looks like I will be going back to the blood center of iowa where they have no problems with this medication I am on and actually are pleasant to their staff.

I went in for the first time as a new donor. I went through all of the set up and had even eaten a snack they gave me before donating when the nurse told me that I wouldn’t be able to donate until I got my doctor’s approval for two medications, Lamictal for Bipolar Disorder and Methimazole for Hyperthyroidism, which weren’t on the medication list. My psychiatrist says that they don’t release any information to blood/plasma donation centers. I quit the other medication. How would I go about continuing the process when I can’t get them the information from my psychiatrist? I’m just so frustrated and just need some advice.

The so called nurses at bio life n Hayden Idaho told me i have high blood pressure and i told the nurses there is no way i have high blood pressure because i gone to the doctor and he told me my blood pressure is fine and i told the nurse that and did not listen
I did catch a cold from there they let workers work while they are sick no mask nothing to cover there mouth well this cold turned into bronchitis that will give you higher blood pressure i am taking three scripts thanks to there incompetence.
the doctor asked me who said i have high blood pressure told him one of the nurses that he told me that nurse crossed the line.
due to she is not a doctor. the doctor told me my blood pressure was a little high not from high blood pressure but from my illness
and in 27 days i will be fine. It is kind of funny what bio life will have to say the girl at screening cough and cough next time horse voice i did cough and cough and then i got the horse voice just like she did they should not fire the workers just the staff what i have seen they are not good at there job the nurses are not 100% real nurses think about it if they was they would be working in a hospital not at a bio life and acting like doctors and telling you what is wrong with you that is where they crossed the line and found out it is illegal to tell me what is wrong with my health when they was 100% wrong.

That bio life in Hayden Idaho is just as bad.
Every time i have gone got stressed out one way or another.
Hell anybody can get a job at bio life pizza workers people that worked at dumps and the nurses there don't know much what i seen.
I guess that is why they are nurses at bio life the hospitals didn't want them they even told me i have high blood pressure.
gone to my doctor prior to that said my blood pressure looks good i never did say anything to bio life all of them tell you what you should be doing with your health. hell even when they make the mistake and you can't donate they don't pay you the only way they can't pay you if you turn them down that was not my case. all the good workers at bio life the ones that gone to school got fired or quit.
People that have worked their at bio life said it is a hard place to work for. some staff are rude some don't want to help you but others do.
PR in bio life that needs a lot of work .
I donated a long time to help people now i will stop going because it is too big of a hassle anymore.
At times i got harassed by people that gone to donate pot shots more like it i am a logger own my outfit i wear flannel in the winter months that fat ### girl did not stop calling me flannel boy told her to stop and that over size load did not stop told the staff about it nothing happened even said i heard her go on about it that was not right she said but did nothing about it at all.
I know a lot of people that go's to bio life no one ever hears about who wins these prizes is it a scam or not i just don't know and never will.

BioLife Plasma Services unfair treatment

I am complaining because I was resently premanently deferered. They said that I was untruthful with them about the tattoo's I have. They continued to call me a liar. When I left I was so mad at the thought of being called a liar. I have two tattoo's one on my ankle and one on my breast both for a special reason. I never hide the reason for them I am open and tell whomever may ask. Well the problem with this company is that when I confronted them with this problem. The were all sweet telling me that they were sorry I was treated like that and would do every possible to fix situation. Then upon conclusion of meeting said I should here back in a week. The week came and the caller stated they werent going to fix anything because there rules dont allow. I think rule are rules but in some situations they should be looked at and amended when time is right.

BioLife Plasma Services Hematoma

I went to donate my plasma and the finger poke and everything went fine. When I went back to donate it took them at least 15 minutes to even get to me when it was not busy. When someone finally came the girl who poked my vein with the needle missed the vein twice. She then got someone else and the didnt poke the vein right either. Then a third person finally got it and told them to watch my red blood cell return. While one lady watched, the blood went under my skin and it started swelling up whereas its supposed to go into the vein. They told me that it was my fault and I didnt even do anything wrong. I had donated with that arm 3 times before with absolutly no problems. They forced me to get poked in the other arm for the red blood cell return and when I proceeded to tell them I did not want to donate they continuously pushed me to do it. They finally let me leave after 5 minutes of asking me to donate and me repeatedly telling them no. My arm has a huge bruise that is getting progressively worse. I dont believe people should be pushed to donate when they said no more than once and then they say it was my fault. I will not return due to this incidence.

Bio life should reward donnors with an extra bonus to their cards once the hit for example 100th donation 500th or even 1000th cus these are milestones and take years to achieve
Either cash bonuses or gifts something

A bonus should be distributed by Biolfie beside a petty $15 or extra $20- what a joke!

Went to BioLife Monday morning and have went to Target atm moments after and fainted in front of the machine and now pending 40$ because I didn't get my money in time because of the fainting. I have contacted BioLife cardholders and BioLife and as well as Target atm holder. None can seem to help me and very upset.

Trying to get set up on the app. Did everything and it said it would send me a email to confirm. Haven't got a email, and it's been about 30 mins.

It could be that they were wanting to get your red blood cells pumped back into you because, if they didn't, you wouldn't be able to "donate" again for several weeks. But, if you were telling them you didn't want to, they should have left you alone. It is the typical BioLife Plasma attitude--even though they need the product you are selling to them, they act as if they are doing you a big favor to let you be a part of their little group. Unfortunately, when the economy is bad and more people are forced to earn money this way, they have the upper hand. They heard you around like cattle, have no respect for your time, change their hours to make it as inconvenient for you as possible and cut the amount they are paying you every chance they get--yet you are the one waiting for 15 minutes to get hooked up to the machine (hoping they don't make you late to work again), getting stuck by people that don't know what they are doing (and then you're not allowed to donate because your arms are bruised...duh), and the one taking all the health risks (iron & protein deficiency, exhaustion). It is a crappy way to earn money but I already work a full-time job and a part-time job and this was the only way I could find time to make a few more dollars to survive. If you can find any other way to earn the money you need to survive, do it...avoid BioLife. They try to dress it up and make you feel good by calling it "donating" but they are literally sucking the life force out of you and paying you far, far less than what they make from reselling it and they couldn't care less about you.

BioLife Plasma Services spee and check in

Their chec k timesare getting to be a joke. They say get there when appt scheduled and then site and waite 30 minutes? Then too their spee, what isthe protien acceptable. Mine was 6 and I was defered for another test. Geesh when they rest and it is 6 has been okay in the past. How I wonder, as they have lost my chart in the past and been frantic to find. They made me waite to get the results on 12-16-08 as well. How I wonder, did someone screw up again and I have to pay for it? I k now when they drew my blood the day of the test protien was 7.1. Have been told it drops a point when tested in the lab so am thinking it went to 6.1 but then the tech did not tell me. I bet someone screwed up my spee and now I have to waite 2 weeks and miss their great x-mas drawing because I missed my 5th appointment. What a [protected]@!@!@!@ have done for 3 yrs now, so gotten pretty wise to how things operate. This place was upside down last wek with reps being there and they screw up a lot! Would they tell me they screwed up my spee I think [protected]@!@ it helps but is a major run around

Because my daughter does not have her middle name or initial on her social security card she has been denied service. A social security card is not to be used as identification anyway. She asked if a Passport would be acceptable and was told no! How could this be right?

BioLife Plasma Services Bad customer service

I was checked in as usual and the lady poked my finger. They protective gear and shields for accidents. When she began to squeeze my finger it squirted on the sheild (not her). There were other employees and clients at the counter where I was standing. I was embarrased cause she freaked out, as if I was a walking plague! After she processed me she grabbed the bleach and began to scubb down everything saying very loudly, "I'm not taking any chances!" "You never know!" She said it right in front of other people standing there, like she knew something I didn't. I am a medical professional and I've worked in the lab for 13 years and I have come in contact with all sorts of body fluids etc. I draw blood. I have never, ever embarrassed a patient or the support system they bring with them. It's rude and uncalled for and it's bad bedside manners for us a medical professionals to behave that way to a patient. That's why we have PPE and we use Universal Precaustion. We don't belittle patients and clients to their face or to people that don't know them. In the medical field, yes you treat everyone as if they were infectious cause you don't know but that doesn't mean you act an ### like you're ignorant. If you're gonna behave that way maybe you shouldn't be in this type of work! I have been coming to this facility for a year and I've never had this happen to me ever. Those workers have made my finger bleed like that before but never had they behaved in that matter like she did. This happened on 12/1/08

49 menopausal experiencing occasional hot flashes and was denied because they wouldn't be able to tell if I was having a reaction if my face was sweaty. Like what? Really? Definitely not a medical facility.

The Biolife Plasma center on Richmond and Eldridge in Houston, Texas is poorly staff as far as inexperienced blood draw technicians, they do not answer the phones to give test results. Was giving plasma at one appointment, arm and leg started cramping very badly, could not get anyone to come help me right away. Took over 5 minutes.

Caveat emptor: Based on the numerous complaints regarding BioLife Plasma as well as my own experiences at the Del City, OK facility, I would highly recommend the following advice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this pathetic business FULL STOP PERIOD!

It’s blatantly obvious by simply reading through the complaints that there’s a severe and systemic problem with basic customer service skills, respect, professionalism and training (just to name a few) with the associates that this company employs. Unfortunately that includes the flunky “managers” that are supposed to attempt to resolve issues instead of creating new issues through outright and unwarranted disrespect. What exactly are the qualifications required to become a “manager” at BioLife Plasma centers? Apparently, there aren’t very many except having a pulse and be the epitome of intrinsic incompetence and ignorance. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs.

Staff talks about donors to other staff members in front of other donors on the floor. Very rude and issue never gets resolved. Making said donor feel very uncomfortable. When asked for a member of management no one is available ever. It's like they don't care about their donors. It's just a paycheck to them

They were very uncooperative, bad customer service. I had to call the Bio life in Snellville to find out why lol I will be calling cooperate on this center and going to BioLife Snellville.
