Best Buy review: Lies about sales

We were told we had to but a new computer because our old one would not be compatible with the internet by October of 2023. Disappointing as that is we went to the store in Apple Valley MN and bought a new one. The salesperson told us that since we pay an obscene amount of money for a total Tech program, they would hook up our computer and download the files. They neglected to tell us that the windows suite was not part of the deal. After spending another $160 for that we were told that we would receive the window suite in 30 minutes. It never came. After talking to four different people that don't use English as a primary language over a span of another hour, I was told that it was being held for review. This is more than a typical service breakdown from Best Buy. If I do not get a satisfactory outcome in the next 24 hours, I will return everything to Best Buy and purchase one somewhere else. Keep up the good work and you will go bankrupt soon.
