Berrada Properties review: This property management company is sick & twisted

Do not rent to Berrada Properties,because they sick,twisted,crooked,corrupted,evil and wicked! They caused this mice and infestation on me and the other tenants.There has been dark brown/black mice droppings on my dresser,microwave oven,refrigerator,kitchen counter and floors to make black tenants move out and Let white tenants,Hispanic/Latino tenants move in!They screw tenants out of their leases,They confiscate tenants belongings,They cause tenants to be homeless,They don't respond to peoples calls and e-mails,They let bad things happen to good tenants in all of their apartments buildings,They hire Mexican men to put up new doors,flooring,windows,roofing,wooden fences,sweeping and mopping the floors,painting the apartment buildings and parking lots. You don't see Black and White people work for this company doing those kinds of jobs! The owner Youssef "Joe" Berrada is money hungry making money off of poor black people in Milwaukee neighborhoods like Avenues West/Merrill Park and the other Milwaukee neighborhoods! That's why they got an BBB (Better Business Bureau) rated this company an F grade,because they don't take care of things.Do not rent to Berrada Properties,because they screw you and cause these bad things to you! Stay away from Berrada Properties,Because they are not worth renting to in the future!
