Yousef "Joe" Berrada is sick,twisted,crooked,corrupted and evil! He and his company are making money off of poor black people in Avenues West/Merrill Park neighborhood on Wells Street,Wisconsin Avenue,Kilbourn Avenue and Highland Avenue! They like to evict people behind their backs,They put an eviction on that person's record on Wisconsin Circuit Court Access(CCAP) and Take them to court at the Milwaukee County Courthouse at 901 North 9th Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin. He don't wanna see good tenants become homeless and Don't wanna see them get a home and get a roof over their head! He hires Mexican's to work and to fix up the apartment buildings, Those Mexican'men got a bad attitude and they got a bad attitude! He and Berrada Properties did Ernesttine Young wrong by taking her siblings pictures and Her granddaughter's ashes at 5300 North 29th Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin. He and Berrada Properties put big boulders in front of the apartment buildings. He using tenants money to by cars,boats and He got a $1.6 million mansion in Mequon,Wisconsin! He and Berrada fine tenants $100.00 when they are 10 days late on rent,He and Berrada evicted 850 tenants in January 24,2022! He and Berrada Properties bought all apartment buildings from Alliance of Milwaukee LLC and Jomela Properties! Something bad is gonna happen to Youseff "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties if they keep this up doing these wrong things to people! Stay away from Berrada Properties,Do not rent to them because they will do you wrong like they did other people wrong!
