Berrada Properties review: Don't move to 3010 west wells street apartment building

Do not move to 3010 West Wells Street building in Milwaukee,Wisconsin ,because the only black tenants who like to lie and spread rumors on tenants is Joe Bernard who live in Apt 26 and Clyde Davis who live in Apt 5 they like to start problems and start trouble with good tenants in that apartment building! They like to talk about people behind their backs,because they drink alcohol and smoke weed & smoke chronic that make them act crazy,mess up & poison their minds! Joe Bernard be closing and slamming his apartment door loud that irritates and disturb tenants,Berrada be taking Joe Bernard's side against any good tenant! Berrada does not do nothing about Joe Bernard,but let him get away with all kinds of bad stuff! Berrada Properties like to see bad things happen to good tenants inside that apartment building! Joe be snitching & telling on tenants and having them put out of their apartment,He suffers from strokes and suffering from them inside that apartment building.Clyde Davis and the other tenants was talking about Nancy Bercham who live in Apt 25 across the hall from Joe Bernard by saying that she complains too much! Nancy lived in that apartment building for 13 years and She knows about the bad black tenants who live inside that apartment building, When that apartment building was owned by Jomela Properties when they sold the building and gave it away to Berrada Properties things got even worse! Stay away from 3010 West Wells Street and Stay away from Berrada Properties,because they will screw you if you stay in that apartment building!
