They like to do tenants wrong in the Avenues West/Merrill Park neighborhoods and the other neighborhoods in the City of Milwaukee! They put evictions on tenants public records on Wisconsin Circuit Court Access at www.wcca.wicourts.gov,Every month on that website, You see Berrada Properties evicting tenants from all of their apartments! On WISN 12 News on December 6,2022 at 3103 West Wells Street, A tenant named Dalyvette Baez who lives in that building had scrambling rats, Her and her family attacked them with sticks and killed 9 rats and more got away! Alderman Robert (Bob) Baumann was on Channel 12 News lives two blocks from the rat infested 114 year old house that contain six units and It's owned by Youseff "Joe" Berrada who lives in Mequon, Wisconsin.! There where a lot of complaints from neighbors about overflowing trash containers at other apartment buildings especially at the 3103 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is a landlord irresponsibility! At that apartment building it be a full dumpster that tenants be using from 3104 West Wells Street. The tenants from that apartment building be using the 3103 Wells Street dumpster across the street from the 3104 Wells Street building. The 3103 Wells Street apartment building basement window had a hole as a pathway for rats to come inside the building! Their property office be locked at 9049 North 76th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, They don't answer their phone. Their suit is still litigated in court! Do not rent to Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties, Because, They will screw you and rip you off, Stay away from them in the future!
