Canvas TM review: Product model # [protected]

This Milla Electric Fireplace is now going into its 3rd heating season,

Season 1 performed as designed no issues.

Season 2 , upon startup in November the unit would not ignite a electric flame, checked power source all OK, looked at control board ...led's illuminated all appears ok, no signs of heat or burn issues,

Remainder of season 2 spent trouble shooting and asking for advice to no resolution.

Season 3 (now) could someone send me an electrical schematic of this device "it may be as easy as a fuse issue" who knows as i can't find any fuse placement in the circuit.

May be my last Canvas purchase ever!
