Berrada Properties caused rat and mice infestation in 2022 at 3010,3103,3104 West Wells Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! The rat infestation caused Dalyvette Baez Ramos,Rennard Cotton,Louis Buckner,Jimmy Howard and the other tenants their apartments in that neighborhood since Berrada Properties bought and purchased those apartment buildings from Jomela Properties in 2021 or Early 2022! Every time they buy and purchase apartment buildings from other property management companies,They always do construction at those apartment buildings that causes rat and mice infestation! That's why tenants be withholding their rent and They don't pay Berrada Properties their rent,Because they don't hold their end of their bargain.Their maintenance men who are Mexican are full of crap,When you go to their corporate office at 9049 North 76th Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,Their security guard who is a big black guy be blocking the front door who won't let nobody in without an appointment like they did to a WISN 12 news reporter Hannah Hilyard! When you go to their office loacted at 2820 West Wells Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin, A black security guard be sitting in a chair and When the office closes, A grey metal shutter closes to protect vandals and fire! Do not rent to Berrada Properties,because they have mice inside their apartments on that block on Wells Street. Stay away from Berrada Properties in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! Rent to a different apartment that is not affiliated with Berrada Properties!
