Berrada Properties review: Do not rent to Kewon Holmes, Preston Holmes and Dayshianna Townsend

Do not rent to Kewon Holmes,Preston Holmes and Dayshianna Townsend, Because they are a nuisance at 3104 West Wells Street Apt 408 in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! They always be running and playing in the hallways every day and every night, They always be leaving their trash/their garbage on the 4th floor hallway for 3 to 4 days and The 4th floor hally be smelling and stinking throughout the hallway and It draws flies! Dayshianna is stuck up and have a attitude problem, When Jomela Properties owned that apartment building, Tenants complained to Jomela Properties about them running and playing in the hallway and Leaving their garbage out in the hallway for 3 to 4 days causing it to smell and stink! Jomela Properties did not evict them and They did not do nothing about them in 2021 until Jomela Properties sold all of their apartment buildings to Berrada Properties in January 2022, On February 26, 2022,Somebody defacated in front of their apartment door,Berrada Properties evicted them on December 13, 2022 for doing those bad things at 3104 West Wells Street apartment building,They deserved to get evicted from that apartment building for their wrongdoing! Dayshianna Townsend be looking at people funny inside and outside of that apartment building, Please do not rent to them in the future, Because they will do the same thing in a different apartment building!
