Bed Bath & Beyond

On 12/22/20, I, Joseph Zefran, ordered a Snow Joe Ultra 21-Inch, 15 Amp Electric Snow Thrower costing $246.49 from Bed Bath and Beyond.
On 12/29/20, Bed Bath and Beyond charged my credit card $249.49.
On 12/31/20, the Snow Thrower was delivered. I discovered that it was the wrong Snow Thrower. I wanted the Electric Hybrid Battery Snow Thrower.
On 12/31/20, I returned the Snow Thrower via the FedEx return label supplied by Bed Bath and Beyond and was told that I would receive a refund to my credit card of $246.49.
On 1/17/21, Bed Bath and Beyond incorrectly sent a replacement Snow Thrower whose shipment I refused. I called to report the error and was told that I would receive a refund of $246.49 after they received the refused Snow Thrower in about 10-15 business days.
On 2/17/21, I called to report that I had not yet received the refund I was promised. Their email indicated that their records showed that they sent the refund to my credit card account.
On 2/18/21, I verified with my bank that no refund was posted to my credit card account and notified Bed Bath and Beyond.
On 2/20/21, their email stated they double checked and the refund was processed and should post within 10 business days.
On 3/5/21, I reported that I had not yet received the refund. They would look into it.
On 3/9/21, I telephoned and learned that "Nessa processed return and should arrive by Thursday 3/11/21. Refund on order number BBB6534231500.
On 3/16/21, I notified them that I had not as yet received the refund. They said they would issue another request for a refund.
On 5/3/21, I am now very weary of calling again and not having success. I have not yet received a refund of $246.49 into my credit card account for a snow blower that I returned on 12/29/20.

Please help me get this refund. Thank you.

Due to BB&B's decision to discontinue carrying My Pillow products because of Mike Lindell's conservative beliefs...I am starting a boycott campaign. I am fed up with the fact that the left still has absolute free speech & conservatives can't question ANYTHING without being shut down! No voice allowed for us! There are millions of us and we are starting to fight back!

I received a diffuser as a Christmas gift that was purchase from Bed, Bath and Beyond. With COVID, my first chance to finally get to the store was 4.29.2021. Understanding this was past the 90 return policy is not the problem. I didn't want to return something that was actually functional, I was bringing something back that was MISSING A PART! Because of this I am not able to use the product. It would have been a different store if I were wanting my money back, but that wasn't the case. I just wanted something I could actually use! With all the circumstances the last year, one would think they would want to make the customer happy. The manager was somewhat rude when I explained that I couldn't even use the product if I wanted to. Her response was that she doesn't make the rules she just enforces them. I have had interactions with managers who have gone above and beyond the make the customer happy, but this was clearly not the case at this place. Considering they will pitch this product had I left it there because there is no way it could even be sold "as is" or send it back to the manufacturer, and definately write it off, it shows poorly on them as a company. Take your business elsewhere!

My wedding registry has 200 people buying my gifts there. My coworkers bought me 8 heavy bowls matching my China. The bag broke carrying it to the car. 6 of them shattered. I called BB&B in Toledo to see if their was anything they could do and was told "no because this is their fault and too bad. We only replace items that were purchased and found to have manufacture defects. Sorry for your loss". Since we are giving them so much business we were hoping they would at least replace them.

I went to one of the stores in Baton Rouge to buy a new pillow. Im fond of the brand "My Pillow". I was informed that your company that you will no longer carry this product because of its owner Mike Lindell. This man is a Christian and a staunch believer of our country. Who gave you the right to deny me the right to buy the pillow I choose because of politics? Maybe im not WOKE enough for you. Have you made yourself God now to tell others what they can and cannot buy or like or support. I will NEVER step into one of your stores nor order anything associated with bed bath an beyond ever again. Judy mcdaniel

On April 16, 2021, I received an e-mail from Bed Bath and Beyond that my order had been shipped and would arrive on April 23, 2021. When I didn't receive it, I tracked the order and found that the carrier had a label for it but that it had not arrived for shipment. Today is April 24, 2021 and the carrier still says the label is made but Bed Bath and Beyond has not handed the package over to the carrier. None of the e-mail addresses for Bed Bath and Beyond are working e-mail addresses and I don't have a phone so I can't call them.

Due to the fact that BED BATH AND BEYOND has decided that their Liberal Politics are more important to them than their customers, I have decided, I'm am totally disgusted with this company and will no longer spend my hard earned money at any of these stores. What you have decided to do to another Company called "MY PILLOW" is going to bite you one way or another. I will make sure Everyone in my family along with my friends will no longer will spend another dime in any of your stores! What, I understand "My pillow"sheets and comforters are a lot nicer and much more comfortable than your inventory and cheaper.
So, with that note...Good bye forever! You shot yourself in the foot by being a total (I'll be nice) jerks and think your attitude toward another company will hurt his company..."my pillow"your so wrong. He will make more money just because we will ONLY buy his products!

Last Saturday, I made a purchase, went to another store and found the items for 50% less (even after the discount). Within 20 minutes, I returned the item. First, because I returned the item on the same day I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to approve the return. Then I was required to provide either my drivers license number or military ID number.
It is unclear to me why your company needs that information and how they protect it once collected. I have NEVER been asked for personal data beyond a telephone number when making a return.

I write to you a week ago and while I'm sure your busy I am too. This company who says the represent you has taken advantage of me and I'm sure many others. First I want to know if they do represent you . As I said in my previous email I had been out of my state working and came home to find these charges on my Credit Card . I called and they pretty much so told me it was my fault and I could not return the unopened product for a refund. I did not give my consent and in fact read the " sales pitch " very carefully . It said many of your stores were going out of Business and to help you out please try a couple products and pay a small fee and shipping and they would NOT send any other products on auto ship but hoped you like the product so much you would contact them for more. The name of the supervisor I was finally allowed to speak to. Of course he blamed me for not knowing that if you don't cancel within 10 days you agree to continue getting the products. Again, he did not honor what was stated in the advertisement of never sending anything else without being contacted. Is this your representative company?

I will no longer be shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. It is their job to provide quality products. It is NOT their job to shove theirs political views down my throat. They are bigots. According to the Constitution, they are entitled to their opinion. And so am I, even if it differs from theirs. I may only be one person, but I am one of many. I can purchase any product that they sell directly from the manufacturer. I don't need them.

I recently learned that Bed Bath & Beyond has taken the decision to exclude Mike Lindell's My Pillow products from your offerings. I believe this is in the context of Mike's continued efforts to try and a bring election integrity to our country. I would ask that Bed Bath & Beyond reconsider this policy and remove itself from making political decisions where their product offerings are concerned. I would hope at this point given this trend in our country to cancel people and corporations such as yourself, you would have come to the realisation that the threats that are mounted from various social media platforms are nothing more than a handful of people running bots. This is been proven time and again by other companies who have successfully fended off these attacks because they tend tend to be paper tigers. Please reconsider this decision. Bed Bath & Beyond has always been a favourite company of mine. I enjoy your stores, catalogues and your products.

I have shopped at your stores for many years but will not be doing so any longer since you dropped My Pillow products. There are a lot of people that feel the same as I do and I hope they boycott your stores also. I think it's crazy for you to do this for political purposes. I hope to see soon that you've changed your mind about selling mike Lindell's products but until then you will not get any of my business.

I went to Bed Bath and Beyond in Solon, Ohio at approx 11:30 am on Saturday 3/13/21. I was approached by two managers who asked me to put a mask on. I showed them my medical exemption card and they said Ok and left me to shop. As I was approaching the check out, a female cashier glared at me and yelled across the store, "YOU NEED A MASK!" I explained to her that I had already been approached by her manager and was cleared to shop. She continued to glare at me and mumble smart remarks at me. She humiliated me and made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. I decided not to make my purchase and as I was walking out of the store, a customer removed her mask, nodded at me and gave me the thumbs up. Another customer also approached me and vented her frustrations at the cashier's rudeness. You can blame it on your rude employee, but at the end of the day, it's a reflection on Bed Bath and Beyond. Needless to say, it will be a long time before I shop at a BB&B.

Just seen a video where your scumbag employees attack a customer and slammed her to the floor, then was thrown out for not wearing a mask. Your company deserves to rot in hell! If I was there, I would have knocked that guy's teeth down his throat for allowing his employees to attack that woman then continue to harass and blame her for not wearing a mask

I am writing to discontinue all connections with Bed, Bath & Beyond. Due to the way that my pillow was discontinued by your stores due to free speech being suppressed of CEO Mike Lindell, I will no longer be doing business with any of your stores or online stores. How dare you try to push your liberal ideas through trying to destroy the My Pillow business! I am ordering My Pillow products directly through their website and will continue to do so. I have no use for the B, B& B stores or any of its products!

I have been a long time customer of Bed Bath and Beyond and love shopping at your store but I will no longer be shopping any more since you have participated in politics and Cancel Culture and have dropped "My Pillow", Mike Lindell. I always carry my Bed Bath and Beyond coupons in my car but I will be throwing them all out and there will be no need to send any more to me.

ordered a product on-line back on feb 2, credit card was billed the next day.the order said it was shipped on the 4th, tracking info stopped updating on the 5th, hasn't updated since.e-mailed them, sat for hours waiting for a live person to chat with, can't even get a response from them.i am going to dispute charges on my credit card.worst website i have ever delt with.nearly 4 weeks have gone by and can't even get a live person to talk to
