I bought two products for Xmas gifts at Bed Bath and Beyond and sent in the paperwork for my $50.00 rebate on each product. A few weeks later I received a notice from the Rebate Center that one of the rebates would not be honored due to lack of proof. I got a hold of a rep at the Rebate Service Center who figured out that it was their mistake and said that the problem was remedied and that I would be indeed receiving both of my rebate checks. Fast forward a month - I had received one check but not the other but continued to wait it out to be sure that they had probably screwed up again. I called the "SERVICE" number again at the Rebate "SERVICE" Center only to find that there was now - no way - on God's green earth that I was ever going to speak to a rep again. I went to the Rebate site but could only "chat" with a rep. The story was too long and convoluted for a chat - I asked to "SPEAK" with a rep but was told to call the "SERVICE" number. I explained to two different "chat" reps that the number just offers recordings and then hangs up. They just kept referring me back to the bogus "SERVICE" number. I instead drove to the store and the manager there honored the rebate as I had kept all of my paperwork regarding it. MY time - my gas money - my frustration. How simple it could have all been if Bed bath and Beyond cared about customer service.
I get that "chat" reps are less expensive for companies and I do a lot of business online for that reason too - but when someone calls my company to "SPEAK" w/someone regarding "CUSTOMER SERVICE" - you better bet they speak to someone! Bed Bath and Beyond - you saved a few bucks on a phone call - but trust me - you lost a customer in the process! If you can't properly service your customers - you don't deserve them...
P.S. If the other check does arrive - I am giving it to my attorney to put into an escrow account. Let's see Bed Bath and Beyond work as hard as I did - to obtain what at that point - will be rightfully theirs. Here is clue Bed Bath and Beyond - if you call - enjoy the recordings.

Hello, I am an American Patriot who values the constitution and freedom of speech. What your company is doing to silence conservative voices is not only going down a slippery slope but it is also following the very dangerous trend in our nation to marginalize those who support free thought and conservative values. I am sure I am not alone in this but wanted to express my thoughts. The USA has always valued free speech and if companies like you try to shut off those who think independently, then you are joying the mob attack mentality of those who promote that agenda. Please reconsider your decision to block the sale of items like MyPillow because of this issue. Stand up for freedom of speech and stand proud for it. Your decision will only lead to more mob pressure where you will end up blocking many others who don't think like the mob.

bed Bath and Beyond in Pottstown, pa was the location I bought item.
I am a frequent shopper at the BBB store in Brookfield, WI. Tonight was the first time I've experienced poor and unprofessional customer service. I walked up to the register, I wasnt greeted. I asked the cashier there wete any coupons, she answered "no, only if we sent them to you", I said there are no coupons out anywhere she sais no. Real flat.
Continuation: I spoke to the manager who was very flat and try to excuse the cashier's response to me regarding any available coupons. He didnt really appear to be concerned by a unhappy customer and the cashier's behavior. That is why im sharing my experience.
I pulled up a coypon my friend sent to me and told the cashier I had a coupon that was online and the store didnt have to send them out. She snatched the scanner; scanned my phone. She snatched the receipt and a pen and tossed them on the counter. I asked her of she were made because she slammed/tossed the reciept and pen. She said thst she could put them on the counter and that she wasnt made. She then grabbed the final receipt amd tossed it on the counter. I asked her to place my reciept in the bag.
First of all, what a big mistake to leave my 20% off coupon on one in-store item at home. I went in to the store located in Franklin TN on Cool Springs Blvd to purchase a Cuisinart Panini Maker. I tried to use the mobile text offer to get the discount but get this... the coupon doesn't arrive for 24 hrs! Anyway, they refused to work with me on avoiding the time and expense to return and get the appliance in time for my Mom's birthday. Seriously? I asked for the manager and district manager's names which they obliged. So, we ordered the Panini Maker from Amazon for just a few dollars more than the 20 OFF net price. (Free shipping by the way). A few things that I hope they consider as I'm going to share my story on various websites and their corporate office. My parents own a cabin rental business and maintain the properties with everything that Bed Bath and Behind the Times sells. My parents are just DYING for a reason to see overpriced brick and mortar Neanderthals who play discount games close their doors. Oh well, I hope 30 bucks was worth it!

I placed an order in June 25 2023 never received the order. They took $42.01 from my bank account. Order number 57187.
I have made several complaints, still got no response. I'm going to go to my bank and file a complaint with them for fraud by Bed Bath and Beyond.
I made the purchase on July 14. I bought the products online and this is my order number RG017541637CN. It says that it was delivered to that address when that address is not the one that was entered in the purchase. I need to know if it is a mistake so that I can get my money back.

There has been no communication from Bed Bath and Beyond even the advertisement states orders will be filled in a timely manner of a few days.
