I placed an order online and never received the merchandise. I was charged $45.53 but never received a refund. The order was placed on July 31, 2023.

I called customer service and spoke to a customer service agent and she claimed that there was no orders placed with my name. I gave her my order number but she still said there are no orders placed by the order number I gave her. My money was taken and I want a refund. I no longer want the items that I put in my cart.

I had placed an order on your "close out sale". To this date, 9/4/23 I still haven't seen or heard anything from your company. I placed the order on July 3, 2023 order #[protected], I have paid for these items, please send them. (11 items). I don't know if you need what I ordered, or you go by the order number.

I ordered and paid for a recliner and a cat tower two months ago! When are going to ship them? I want what I ordered! Wouldn't you want what you paid for? You sure took my money fast enough, when can I expect to receive my order? I'm sure all of my Facebook friends would appreciate a warning of potential rip off dealing with your company. Ship my items to me now! I paid for them, I want and need them.

On July 22 2023, I was on Facebook and came across a post about this MacBook, on Bed, Bath & Beyond. An at the time I didn’t think to do any research. So I look at it ordered and paid for the MacBook, and was told it walls be up to 16 days to get to me but it’s been nearly 1 month and had nothing. I tried to email them about it but the link on the receipt doesn’t work and when I look for the website, i get told it’s no longer available.

An item (bedside table lamps) with a cost of about $40 was ordered on overstock.com last March 2023. Overstock is now Bed Bath & Beyond. The item never shipped. We contacted Overstock to cancel and request a refund. They asked us to file a report with the shipping company, but the item never shipped, so this was not possible. We continue to make requests and are told that the order window is past, even though the order window never should have opened given that the item never shipped and never delivered. We have been repeatedly told by 5 different representatives over the intervening months that they will seek approval from their manager/supervisor to authorize the refund. Most recently we were told by the specialist ("MJ A") that authorization was given and we were sent an email in this respect, stating that the refund would be processed within 1-2 business days. It never happened. We followed up again today and were told the same thing by a different specialist, that they needed to seek authorization from the manager and that they will call us back. More than 5 months and we are still waiting for the refund of the payment.

Before writing this letter, I was preparing to make a purchase on-line with a Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card that I received on my Birthday. While I was trying to complete my order I was unable to apply my Gift Card. It has been my experience that vendors/companies have always honored their consumers with Gift Card purchases. So I called the 800 or 866 number. I concluded that maybe the company didnt take this into consideration on behalf of Gift Cards holder and how closure policies might effect them at the time of purchase. And perhaps, in the process of a merger and closure, the policies and changes were poorly executed? This resulted in voiding of the Gift Card all together. There was no prior communication related to the consumers in the event of a potential merger or closure of your stores. So at the time that my son purchased the Gift Card for me it was understood that he would have 100% value and the card was good to use for payment of any purchase in store or online. Of all the dozens of stores to choose he chose a Bath & Beyond Gift Card. So now we are stuck and are left with a Gift Card and no way to redeem it. I am very disheartened by the loss of money my son paid as a consumer. It is my hope that Bed, Bath &Beyond Corporation and Overstock and associates will take this matter into consideration. Many shoppers and friends I know also agree. This is not good business practice. Regardless of a merger or not.

It would be greatly appreciated, if this matter is resolved either with re-embursement or compensation. There are many previous and present consumers and potential customers who would be very relieved to see the Gift Card application policy changed in favor of redeeming the Gift Cards that are being denied use of for their online purchases.

I purchased one of these on august 25 for 45.98 on the bed bath and beyond site so I thought, but according to my account the name on it is GEOMI-STYLE. HTTPS.WWW.GEOMCO. That's all it says and I have never received anything else on it. No numbers or where to even call about it. I tried looking up the address but to no avail. I tried bed bath and beyond but nothing either. I really wanted on. It was I think at the time around 24.99 but with taxes it came to that amt. I can forward the picture where they took it out of my account if I need to. Please help me...

I ordered a organizational closet with folding doors for my craft room, paid for it and then I found out from a friend that the advertizement on my computer was a scam. How do I get my money back or better still get my item. I was counting on that item. It was suppose to be a closing out sale for bed bath and beyond. I jusst don't understand why people want to do this to other people.

I saw BBB Warehouse was having a 70% off sale. I ordered 7 items on July 31. The website said I would receive the order between August 2 and Aug 4. I am moving out of state on August 10. The timing was perfect for the delivery. I could put the boxes in the POD Storage Container and have all my belongings delivered at the same time. On August 2 I received a "Your Items Have Shipped" email. I clicked on Track Package to find the items I ordered are in China. I pulled up the Confirmation of Order email. At the bottom was a contact email address. I sent them an email asking about my delivery. which got returned. I then went into the website and looked up contact information. They had a different email address. So I sent an email to that address, which got returned. I found an 888 number on their website and called them. You get a recorded message saying to leave a message with your name, order # and reason for your call. It also stated that your call would be returned between 9am and 6pm EST. I never received a return call. As of this morning. August 5th, my order is still sitting in China waiting processing. It has not moved one mile. I clicked on the China Post website to find it can take up to 45 days for packages to be delivered to the USA. How BBB can give dates when your items will be delivered that are completely untrue is infuriating! You cannot change the delivery address of your order either and can only cancel your order within 30 minutes from when it is placed. If I had a crystal ball and knew what would happen today back when I placed the order, I would have had it shipped to my new address. If and it's a huge IF, my packages ever make it to the USA and are delivered, I will not be here. DO NOT, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER FROM BBB. No wonder they failed as a business!

uieeab.shop has had 2 orders from June and July and has never delivered any items purchased. No refunds were made when the orders were canceled. Nor did I receive a notice of the order being canceled.

Welliur.com is another site claiming to be Bed, bath and beyond warehouse with numerous items to be sold for bed,bath and beyond. 5 orders made in July have never been delivered and no information on if the delivers could occur between August 2-5. 2023. So far no items from the 5 orders have been delivered and no orders or refunds were completed.

I placed an order with the bed bath and beyond clearance sale on July 9th, 2023. The amount was for $46.83. The items were three large cat trees and one cactus cat bed. The charge was listed from an artistic boutique on my bank statement. I still have not received my items! I would really appreciate my items ASAP or a complete refund! I will continue to write in complaints until I get results! I have tried to contact bed bath and beyond by phone and internet, but all the service centers have been shut down.

Placed order of $304.83 including pillows, storage containers, electric pressure washer, garden hose, ceramic table ware, expresso machine, Kitchen aide professional 600 bowl mixer and several other items I can list if necessary.

On Saturday July 22 2023 I ordered online two folding zero gravity outdoor recliner patio lounge chairs at closing sale price of $4.99 each ( order I.D. [protected]) for a total payment of $19.99, however my bank account was charged $ 20.48. I chose both in the color forest green ( SKU: BOBTKBWVRM) however I would be glad to receive any color so to know this is not a scam!

I ordered a cactus cat bed, and three large cat trees from the bed bath and beyond clearance sale on July 9th, 2023; for the amount of $46.83. I have not received my items yet! Starting June 12, 2023 I ordered 5 different orders from what I thought was Bed Bath and Beyond. I noticed that the email addresses were different from you at BBB: for example; info @bhyuki.com, [protected]@ckloipos.shop, [protected]@yusicoun.shop and [protected]@leapappes. Since I have not received the orders I think that I have been scammed but how can these outside companies sell your merchandise? I have been a loyal customer for many years and I am disappointed. that you are going out of business. The order numbers are 10678 for $43.98, 17921 for $63.

39, 8319 for $42.99, 14122 for $47.73 and 2837 for $57.00. There have been ads on Social Media (Facebook) with BBB logo on the ad. I paid shipping and insurance on these orders. My Visa was charged for these orders but I have not received them and can't get in touch with these companies. Can you help me?
