This is the second time I haven't received my load. The first time was i think is 1 month ago. I load 500 and it said that it was delayed and wait for 1hr. So i waited. But I didn't receive any load at all. I didn't complain coz i said that it was just a 500 and that's the only day it happened and now I loaded 1k prepaid load and same thing happened. Like wtf! Every time i loaded more that a 500 it was a delay? And I won't rcve it. Is that how you scam or get money from other people. I want my money back or just load it to me. I can give you the reference number now. I'm so pissed

I reload my DITO SIM# last night (Php200) but still after waiting for hours, no load was received yet my account was deducted.

I reload my daughters prepaid number worth 200 pesos.. The amount was deducted but she don't recieve any load. BDO you always have errors, your under maintenance etc. etc.yet you don't have clear solutions.. . Your wasting our money!
2 times i tried to load sa tm ko earlier sabi delay and just wait for 1 hour but until now how may hours passed wala padin ? Its just a Scam BDO ?

Same here. Nagload ako 100 sabi delay 1 hr hngang ngayon wala pa. Sana kung gaano kayo kabilis mag deduct ganun din kayo kabilis magtransact. Kaloka!

STUPID BDO! You should replace your IT people who cannot fix this simple problem. They must have FAKE I.T. qualifications. Just get rid of your I .T. people who cannot fix this problem. They are all USELESS and a waste of money.

Just happened to me. Loaded 200 to my mobile. 100 for my daughter and 100 for my son. All three amounts were not loaded to our numbers but was deducted from my account

Hi po.. very same thing happens 2 me now lng.. twice na ito ngaun.. ung una 200, na deduct agad..inignore ko lng.. ngaun ulit 200, ngbawas lng pero unsuccessful namn.. anu kaya explaination ng BDO dito 🙄
Pangalawanb beses na to, una 350 ngayon 50, nagdededuct lang sa balance pero walang load na dumadating. Nakakaputangina yung service nyo
Nagload din ako ng 550 pero within 24 hours walang dumating na load! Grabi na BDO napakawlaang kwenta talaga service niyo!
Haist... Kala ko ako lang 4x na nangyari sa akin this year. Last 2020 nagtry ako noon akala di ko na matanggap ang load pero dumating din di ko lang alam pag inquire ko after 1day dumating na pala. But now wala talagang dumating months at weeks na. 1000+ na pala ang nasayang. Sana maibalik pa.

The same thing happened to me. I made a transaction of 500php on the 23rd of July this year. I haven't received the load, and BDO did not return my money.

OMG. I just happened to do prepaid load via bdo online too. And says the same thing, delayed/unsuccessful but it already deducted my money from my account! If the load doesn't come within 1hr i'm calling cust service to have this fixed. I'll update guys
I also experienced the same. Apparently, this has been happening for years now. This is how BDO makes money by fooling people. Sy family gets rich by fooling poor and ordinary people.
Grrr until now nde pa din fix ang issue, wag kau mag reload using BDO. Bawas na savings pero nde pumasok load. Buti na lng nde muna malaki ni-load ko.

I experienced the same. I loaded Php 500, did not receive anything but it was deducted from my balance. Tried doing it again with Php 100, then Php 50, and then Php 30, all of these were deducted from my balance but didn't even receive the load. Kindly fix this and return my money. 🙄
BDO Kindly fix your service. It happened to me also.
