Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank review: deducted prepaid load not yet receive

I used my BDO mobile digital banking for buying prepaid load through my account . in april 3, 2022 i load amounting of 100 php but it say's that the transaction is unsuccesful yet it deducted from account .

it happens many times over , disappointment s after disappointments . please fix this ASAP .
