You had a wonderful Creamy Bath Wash which you have replaced with triple cream cleanser which does not lather, burns the mucosa (if you know what I mean) and does not wash off. It is more cream than soap. Sorry you just lost me as a loyal customer unless you bring back the Creamy Bath Wash!

I recently bought a Wallflower pluggable fragrance set from Bath and Body works during their Semi annual sale. I came home and put it in my bedroom hoping to get a nice fragrance all day long. Placed order on Bath & Body Words website on 11/10/08. I ordered a Black Shave Gel. It was advertised that with any purchase you would receive a free full size after shave. I never received it. Forgot about it until I was on the website again to use a two-day free shipping code that I received on an e-mail that same day. Well, the free shipping code was expired.
I e-mailed Bath & Body Works about not receiving the free after shave and about the expired free shipping code. They answered that they were out of the free after shave, even though the offer had still been on there website as of 11/26. Nothing about the expired free shipping code. They offered me $10.00 off on my next order, which I ALREADY had and had tried to use with the free shipping code (and was expired on the same day offered.) This is just baiting and more baiting to get you to spend more money. They haven't answered my last e-mail in which I explained I didn't want to pay more shipping or spend $60.00 more to not pay shipping when I can't trust them to follow through on their "offers" (more like scams).
Racist manager! Had an exchange and he kept saying stuff like we havent carried that in months and I had the receipt to show I just ordered it off line. Several comments were made.

my order was shipped to the wrong address 2x. I called in and spoke to 2 supervisors today. 1 Alina and she hung up on me and 2. Danielle... she was abrasive and rude to the point where I had to let her know that this was unacceptable. I have asked several times to speak with someone higher up and not been provided information
5/13/2025: I can't even believe I finally earned an $18.95 reward, which NOW excludes wallflower plugs and candle holders (which I used to spend my rewards on), and then B&BW charges me $10.99 shipping unless I spend $10 more, leaving me in fact with less than an $8 reward! Bath & Body Works' Rewards Program is less than ridiculous and is a JOKE!

candle wax covering wicks when candle half full had to dispose of some candle wax before wicks would burn ?
i have purchased for several years and have never encountered this problem
I placed an order on Dec 26,2023. Still has not arrived. Order number [protected] my daughter placed an order the same time as me and got it a few days later. When I call the customer service number it goes in a merry go round and keeps repeating the same information and I can’t reach an agent.
Bath & Body Works lie and tell you, hey you can shop ahead of time and pickup in store just put your items in your basket. When candle day comes about, they tell you " Oh no pickup is unavailable!" So many people are so over the BS! We know years to come they'll be closing some stores! Too misleading!
I bought car freshener and a skull holder. It leaked and caused damage to my car... today 11/21/23 at 1100am. I have sent picture of the damage caused by your product. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. The product does not have any warnings either
I have just received a shipment from Bath and Body Works. The package contained soaps which were randomly tossed into the package, NOT sealed, leaking and overall a disappointing mess.
