I bought a shower from Comfort Shower and Bath. They promised me a free cruise, but the voucher they gave me had the wrong date, it said 2/24 instead of the current year. At first, I couldn't find the voucher, so they refused to help me without it. Eventually, I found it and sent it back to them with tracking. However, I never heard back from them, even though I tried multiple times. I even spoke to the salesman, who said he would take care of it, but I still haven't received the cruise. On top of that, the company made a mistake on my order and didn't include a molded-in seat. I had to wait an additional two months for them to fix it.

After waiting 17 weeks, they messed up my only shower and claimed they had a plumbing problem, making me wait another 2 weeks for their plumber. They left my walls wide open and a hole in the floor, exposing my crawl space. I called my plumber and paid $900 to get the job done. When the installer was here, the inspector told him to adjust the water temperature, but he promised to do it and never did. I had to call my plumber again and pay $50 for a re-inspection. The water handle was loose, but my plumber fixed it. I told them I never even saw their plumber. Then, water started leaking from the shower head that their installer put up. I called their office and they said they would come between 1-3, but they didn't show up or even call. I called them again, and they finally came today. The guy fixed the shower door, which had no guide and would swing in and out, but he said the pipe in the wall was faulty. When they did the installation, they used the wrong shower head, so I asked them to install my own. They did, but I called them again and demanded a refund for the plumber. They had the audacity to say that the plumber fee wasn't included in the contract. What? I told the person not to bother, that I would contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. In response, she texted me back, saying that a manager would call me by the end of the day on Monday. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I hired this company in December to change the tubs in my condo. Because of the supply chain problems earlier this year, the work got delayed until July 2022. After a quick chat with the crew boss, they scheduled the work to start on Aug 01 2022. But soon after they began, they told me they couldn't do it because the walls are "cinder block". However, similar work has been done in this condo before (by Comfort and other companies). They completely changed the scope of the work (and gave me a discount for the stuff and services they wouldn't provide). But I'm not sure if this discount is fair because they won't give me a detailed list of the things and services we agreed on when we first signed the contract. For instance, when they put in the new walls, they didn't replace the old wall vents to match the wall until I complained to the workers. Also, one of the bathtubs doesn't have a drain cover/plug anymore. They replaced the faucet in both bathrooms, but they "can't" replace this drain cover and want me to buy and accept a "rubber drain cover". Right now, I still don't have the shower door that was specified in my contract. I bought a "Jacuzzi" shower door, but I think they bought a different brand to install.
