Michael H. did a AWESOME job with really good explanations and straight up approach. He was super quick and professional without all the pushiness like the others. We really appreciate the info. I wouldn't think twice about calling him when we're ready to do our update.

The dude who did my bathtub to shower was real good and polite. He finished the job on time. He also took away everything. The company gotta figure out how to stop the dust from spreading all over the house. He did a great job.

Bath Solutions, Etc. was the cheapest out of the 3 companies we talked to. The guy who sold us the stuff and the guys who put in the shower walls and door, Dean, Glen, and Jeremy, all did a great job. I can't remember the name of the person who installed the shower door, but everything went smoothly. Thanks to Bath Solutions for finishing our new bathroom.

Once Angela got us threw the vary slow county permiting process, John completed the demolition in one day. The new plumbing was completed and the old tub and debris was removed. After timely inspections, Glen and Jeremy installed the new shower and glass wall. They all did they're jobs very well. This is a vary well organized company. They have good communication with clients and excellent installation teams. I highly recommend them.

I never felt so ripped off in my life. I ordered a replacement bathtub from Bath Solutions, Etc. It took months for them to finally install it, and when they did, my bathroom became completely unusable. There was absolutely no customer service, except for them suggesting that I pay an additional $2000 on top of the $5500 I had already paid. It's unbelievable. I wish I could show you pictures of their so-called "finished project." I had to hire another company to complete the job, and they laughed when they saw what Bath Solutions, Etc. had done. In my opinion, this company is a fraud.

We called Bath Solutions in late May to change our bathtub into a walk-in shower for my mother-in-law who was moving in with us. Derek came over to our house, showed us the options, and took measurements. We decided to visit their showroom in Bonita Springs the following Friday. We really liked what we saw and made the arrangements for them to install it in our bathroom. They initially thought it would be done by the end of June, but we were going out of town on that date. However, the product arrived earlier than expected, and we were able to have it installed last week. The installer did a great job and finished everything in just one day. We absolutely love it. Now, my 97-year-old mother-in-law feels very safe when she showers. Bath Solutions was very professional, knew their product well, and made the whole process smooth. We highly recommend this company.

I got a problem with the install. The company won't honor the warranty for a problem they made. I want the repairs to be fixed and I want the company to honor the warranty they gave. The problem started in December after the install. The shower pan ain't sticking to the floor, so water is leaking. Plus, there's scratches on one of the panels where the shower doors were put in. I paid $8700 to this company and can't get nobody to come to my house for an inspection. They're telling me it's my problem. The customer service is terrible. All I want is for them to honor the warranty, but of course, there's loopholes and they're denying any responsibility for their actions.

I got this custom wood bathroom vanity from Bath Solutions, Etc. The salesman said it would cost around 2K and they would install it for me. But when they delivered it in late August, it was a really bad quality unit from Home Depot. I met with Dean, their salesperson, and we talked about the size and how it needed to fit between two walls. We couldn't find a good one online, so Dean said they could make a custom unit for us. It would be made of wood, with soft close doors and dovetail cut drawers, and they would install it for around 2000.00 to 2300.00. We had to choose the granite, marble, or quartz top at their location in Naples. It was a special order and would take more than 30 days to build. Dean said we had to sign now if we wanted them to start. We were also thinking about getting a new walk-in shower installed, but Dean needed to do more research to see if they could do it for around 4k. We weren't sure about the shower, so we decided to go ahead with the vanity order. Dean also wanted to do the flooring for around 500.00, but he didn't want to remove the old flooring, just go over it. I decided to remove the flooring myself and let them install the new one. But then Dean started talking about getting another contractor to do the shower because their prices were too high. He even suggested getting an unlicensed person he knew to do it. We said no because it needed a permit. I have a text from Dean's phone where he said all this. When they arrived with the vanity, they didn't seem to care that my bedroom and bathroom would be disassembled for a long time. My furniture and carpet were just sitting in my living room. I talked to the owner, Tammy, and she apologized, but nothing was done about it. Then this guy who claimed to be in charge insulted my wife and implied that we were lying. We told him not to contact us anymore because he was being unethical and unprofessional. The owners had already apologized for another salesman causing them trouble when he shouldn't have.
