Me and my wife are super happy with the walk in shower we got from Bath Depot. The guy who sold it to us knew his stuff and was really nice, and he explained everything real good. The person who put it in started and finished when they said they would and they even answered our questions. I would totally tell my fam and friends to check out Bath Depot.

I had a shower/tub combo taken out and a shower put in. It took two days to finish the job. Everyone who was part of the process was nice and professional. Kevin and Sol were the ones who did the installation and they did a great job. The materials and the work itself were really good. I would totally suggest going to Bath Depot.

Bath Depot did a great job installing my shower and tub. I like that we get a lifetime warranty that will stay with my bathroom and any repairs we need in the future will be covered. I hired Bath Depot to install a new shower base and surround in the small bathroom at my home. I was so pleased with the results that I hired them to remove the old tub in my master bath and install a new walk-in shower. The company staff were all very pleasant to deal with and I had a very positive experience. I will definitely recommend Bath Depot to my friends and family.

I loved my experience with Bath Depot! Everyone I talked to was great. Paul, my Project Manager, the installers Bill Sr. & Bill Jr., Sherri & Melinda in the office, and Rory, all went above and beyond. It's hard to find a company that values customer service and professionalism like they do. I've already told so many people about Bath Depot because I'm so happy with my project. We are very happy with the product and service from Bath Depot! The installers, Bill & Bill, were great and respectful to our property and needs. They were polite and clean, and made sure to clean up before leaving. Paul, the project manager, was a good salesman and showed professionalism and passion on the job. He never pressured us into making decisions, which we appreciated. Lastly, Rory's follow-up visit was nice; a great end to a wonderful experience. We had our tub from way back in 1949 taken out and replaced with a fancy L-shaped walk-in shower. We also had some grab bars put in on both sides to help my wife, who's in a wheelchair. The guy who did the job, Nick, was really great! He kept us in the loop the whole time and was super easy to talk to. Because the bathroom was so old and the tub was installed in a weird way, Nick had to use a jackhammer to break up the cement floor. It was a real pain, but he did it right. After everything was set, we had Nick come back to put in the grab bars. My wife got in the shower and figured out where she wanted them. We also noticed a spot that needed fixing from the original installation, and Nick took care of it without any problems. He even made it look better than it did before!

We hired Bath Depot Cleveland to replace an existing large shower insert in our master bathroom with a new modern walk in shower that includes a seat and safety rails. Bath Depot was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The sales rep was courteous and knowledgeable. He helped us select options to meet our specific needs. Chuck, the installer worked in a clean and professional manner and the finished product is spectacular. We also appreciated that Tony, the owner, came out to our home before work began to review and verify all the specifications.That meant a lot to us. And finally, there was a follow up visit by Rory, a customer satisfaction representative to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our new shower. It is a real upgrade to our home. We would highly recommend Bath Depot for anyone considering a bath or shower renovation.

The work took a total of 4 days instead of 2 like they said. Bath depot started on November 9th and I realized we got a regular tub instead of a jetted one. I made a mistake and thought "jacuzzi" meant the type of tub, not the brand name when I sent back the signed quote. We never discussed getting a regular tub, so I'm not sure why they quoted us for that. We had to wait for the jetted tub we ordered in grey, but then they called and said it would take another 10-12 weeks if we wanted that color. By this point, our bathroom had been gutted and dirty for weeks. They also left behind garbage. Now we're scheduled for November 23rd. Normal working hours start at 8:30am. When I saw the jetted tub, I noticed it was cracked on the corner. I had the workers call the owner right away. The owner said that part of the tub wouldn't be visible anyway and that he would call the manufacturer to see if we could get a discount. However, he never got back to me about it. I asked him if he would put this tub in his own home, and he said no, so he understands. Our bathroom walls were damaged during installation and they haven't been repaired. They did replace a few pieces of drywall and put spackle on, but now they need to be sanded and painted again. After they removed the tile and wallpaper on November 9th, we had another contractor come a few days later to replace the walls and repaint. When the workers arrived on November 9th, they didn't know they were supposed to remove the tile and wallpaper, so they had to call the owner to confirm. When they left on November 25th, they didn't repaint, sand, or put back the floor trim, heater vent, towel holder, or toilet paper holder (which needs to be replaced since we can only find one piece of it). They also didn't clean up the basement from the wood being drilled through the floor or wipe off all the dust left behind. The caulk around the window and shelf in the shower is also unfinished. The owner said he would take $250 off the invoice as a gesture of goodwill. I called the office on the day the workers left, November 25th, and two other times before he finally returned my call on December 1st. I left messages with the office each time I called. Now we have to repair the walls again, replace the toilet paper holder, and I had to clean up the mess they left behind. We asked for a copy of the contract on December 2nd. We only signed one agreement, which was for the regular tub, not the jetted one, but we did end up receiving the jetted tub afterwards.
