I placed an order on 11/30/2024 and another order on 12/3/2024. Per the website, it takes 10-14 days to ship. It is now December 20, 2024, and no sign of my orders. Contacted them after 12/14/2024 and asked where my items were, and said if they couldn't fill the orders to give me a refund. No response. Contacted them again requesting a refund, and received a response on December 18, 2024 stating they received my message and would get back to me. Again, no response or idea when my refund or orders will be delivered.

Claimed loss: each order 99.95 and 15.00 for veterans. I include the donation because I am questioning the donation not going to veterans. total 214.90
