I ordered two pairs of cargo pants in early December. It's now mid-March and no pants, no credit, no response from customer service. I looked up my order and the shipping status was "lost in transit." I asked about that and got almost no response except they were going to replace the order. That was 4 weeks ago. I have since asked for a credit or replacement and heard nothing back from customer service. Also, my order is now not listed on their website. This is a bush-league organization and I'm out $200.
