Ordered the lightweight hoodie and and the material is very different than other fleece. It sticks to underlayers and with a shoulder replacement I have a tough time getting it on. Trying to return it and I can get NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM after a couple of phone calls and several emails as instructed on their webpage. I expect this is a scam company that oversells a very average product. Shame on me for falling for it. When it sounds to good to be true...

Claimed loss: $99 if they wont call me back or respond

Desired outcome: Very simple: I'd like them to tell me how to return for a refund
