I ordered his and hers Hoodie/Rain Jackets. Received them on 5/26/26. One was too big so asked about exchanging it. I then asked about sending them both back and getting the backpack hoodie 3 in 1 with rain jackets and pay the difference. I was told I could send these back and get a gift card for store credit and reorder those. Since that email, I have been emailing and phoning customer service to just get the prepaid shipping label. (which I was told they would send to me), sent to me so I could send them back and get the backpack hoodie 3 in 1's. I cannot get anyone to respond anymore. I now just want to send them back and get my money back. Next step is to go to Discover card and dispute the charges to get my money back. I really liked the hoodie but one of them doesn't even fit and I can't even get a response to exchange so I am just done!

Desired outcome: Would appreciate a prepaid label sent to me, as told to me by Robbie, so I can return these and reorder what I want and pay the difference. At the very least, be able to send back the one that doesn't fit.
