A&W Restaurants review: Restaurant was dirty and all dirty tables

I have put a complaint in before as I only got a reply saying that they would contact me, that was weeks ago.
I went to your restaurant, the tables were all dirty and I asked one of the workers to clean a table for me. He said no, as if I wipe a table, it takes a long time for it to work. Gave me a dirty look and walked off. Also I noticed the same hunk of mud or something? Was under a table that had been there previously a week ago I found the state of the place horrible this was at the store 7330 King George Hyw Surrey BC Canada. I will not be going back

Desired outcome: i would like to at least be let known if you have place cleaned up

the restaurant is dirty they will not clean their table . and the floors are never washed
